My card goes in my pocket. If they had a the lanyard, it would go in my pocket as well. And if they offer wristbands, guess what? In the pocket. -
Or a designed feature. No way to know.

And be polite about it. I know that airline agents can put notes in your record if you are aggressive or abusive and that can make things difficult if you need to service your reservation again.

Perhaps you need a new TA? If they don't want to work for their commission, they don't deserve your business.

Don't take those times too seriously. We've been on cruises with an "earliest boarding time" of noon, and still boarded between 10:30 and 11:00.

The MDR has higher quality food than Tuscan. Maybe they could bring Tuscan at least up to that standard?

Correct. And in many ports they seem to completely ignore your "assigned" arrival time regardless of status.

One more thing to note is that even though they say you can't use OBC for medical charges, it's always worked for us.

That's interesting because Sonoma and Napa Chardonnays are polar opposites. Personally, I love Sonoma's offerings but dislike the Napa offerings. Of course, you'll never find the really good Sonoma wines on a cruise ship because they come from the smaller vineyards.

Contacting the CEO when a simple call to Custoemr Service is an overreaction and pretty much useless. Even if it does bubble up to that level, I'm sure it wouldn't happen until after the sailing.

That lame excuse is getting really old. The only supply chain issue is that Celebrity will not supply enough dollars to buy the wine.

With a package, does Celebrity handle the tourist transit card or should we get them ourselves? And are the park entry fees included in our fares, or do we need to pay those upon arrival ourselves?

As long as you don't depend on the information (like the schedule and the menus), the app is OK, but I've been burned multiple times by trusting the information. -
