  1. How long have you had them ? New notes were introduced in February 2020.
  2. It might change depending on where the ship is sailing.
  3. It's basic compared to what is offered on other lines I understand.
  4. You can access your account once you are onboard via My Voyage. https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/the-cunard-experience/my-voyage
  5. The OP is asking about bears on the original Queen Mary in Long Beach not on board QM2.
  6. There's no need to buy a package at all. If they don't work for you just pay as you go.
  7. Deck 8 also has Britannia Club cabins so they're not all cheaper but generally I would check what is above your cabin. Being underneath cabins will be quieter than under open deck.
  8. This thread might help, it's not as big a deal as it was before there was evening anytime dining.
  9. I've done the early January crossing but it was in 2010 so things may have changed. We were originally due to fly back from New York after the Caribbean Christmas sailing but a few months before Cunard made us an offer we couldn't refuse to sail instead. The sailing is usually the end of the Christmas round trip for European passengers and the beginning of the World Cruise for Americans. It's also packaged as New Year in New York and sail home.
  10. All the information you need should be here - https://www.cunard.com/en-gb/the-cunard-experience/sailing-with-confidence/preparing-to-sail
  11. This rower contacted Cunard via the Contact Us section of the website and almost by return was sent 3 names for insight speakers for our June cruise. I'll report back on how accurate the information is.
  12. I had an acknowledgement email when our bids were submitted.
  13. Thank you, that's the view I was looking for!
  14. Correct in all aspects, it's a view of Cardiff Bay looking towards Penarth taken from St David's Hotel. I was trying to find one taken in the other direction showing the Pier Head building but failed. We have stayed in a room on that side of the hotel but I can't find a photograph.
  15. This is what the website says - "Gold members receive $45 per person. Platinum members receive $80 per person. Diamond members receive $135 per person. The above amounts are in US dollars, which is the currency used on board all our ships. Visit our Cunard World Club page to find out more about these and other benefits. Please note, My Cunard cannot accept internet bookings using internet credits, so Cunard World Club members with credits will have to wait until they are on board before booking an internet plan. The same prices quoted on My Cunard will be valid on the ship."
  16. There's one here but it's no longer camera ready !!
  17. It depends on ship and location. All ships have padded cushions on the Steamer Chairs on the promenade deck. Queen Elizabeth and Victoria have sun loungers without cushions on other decks (apart from the Grills Terrace).
