Yes, for a UK booking unless you cancel (& lose your deposit) and rebook.

The daily amounts are just holds, it's only the final total amount that is actually taken. Here's a recent thread discussing the same issue.

Have you reported the trip hazard to someone on board? I can understand why Kings Court needs regular sanitising but it should be possible to do it without creating additional hazards.

The difference was more significant when there was only fixed dining in the Britannia restaurant.
