If you want to dress up you wont be the only one in the dining room . Dont let the casually dressed people detract from your enjoyment . Similar to a high end restaurants downtown. Bay St boys will be in suits and others wont be.

I wont be packing a jacket anymore . Collared shirt and long pants it is. I only buy black jeans now, and guess what i will be wearing . I`ll probably change back into shorts after dinner .🙂

I typically book near the back of the ship as the only people walking by your cabin are the ones also booked back there . I also book with cabins above and below me and no connecting cabins. Be prepared for a walk though , as this ship is pretty big.

Up here most of them dont extend themselves during the summer break . I do know of some teachers though that do make themselves available before and after regular hours . And one bought school supplies for her young students to make it easier for her students to learn. For most of them though , as Alice Cooper would say ... School is out for summer ! Hey , its a good gig if you can tolerate the parents . If you get a job right after Uni, you can retire around 55 with a pension. Then you have lots of free time for cruising .🙂

Where i am , first day of school is today for about half the region , and the other half goes tomorrow . Teachers decided to have a professional development day on the first day of school so they go in tomorrow. 😂 Really... they needed an extra day after a couple of months off.

Dazzles on 8th is typically quiet during the day . Dont ever see band rehearsals and ill walk by several times a day to the cabin. You may want to check with guest services if anything is scheduled .

Maybe ... taking someone else`s luggage along with your own at the end of the cruise ? 🤣

We dont bring any jewelry while on vacation. Just basics . Not interested in impressing anyone in poorer locations while on vacation.

I just bought two apple air tags and we have info on the inside of the luggage .

Just go with the included food and beverage and see what was lacking , if any, and next time you can purchase the extra packages if you want. I like how you referred to pop , as opposed to soda ... very Canadian 🙂

Nope , i always auto tip regardless of service . And i pay it in advance when i book. That makes me part of the problem for inadequate service . When i was a kid if you didnt win , you got squat . ( good life lesson ) Same as when i got into sales , Top performers got handsomely rewarded, underachievers ... well ... they got fired. I was of the former. So i tip , regardless of service received. Others may be inclined not to.

Just tip your cabin attendant directly in cash and bartenders the same way . And any additional people you feel deserves a tip . This auto grats thing is similar to giving kids participation medals.

Id make that switch over to waffles and give them a go

Mine says pending too . I let the porter do up a couple of tags at the terminal and tip him a fiver . They are happy to do it . I dont sail in cold weather ports . Dont know if they would be as happy in January in NJ .

I couldnt tell you the name of any cruise director , does not make a difference to me. Same as the captain , as long as he can steer the ship and park it , thats good enough for me. ( as long as he doesnt pull a Schettino 🤣 ) Same for the servers , i dont care which one tends to me, i like them all .

I think you nailed it . I never cut anything that close that i dont have 10 minutes to spare to go back to the room . Thats why it never entered my mind.🙂

I always check mine , i think its too big for a carry on .
