My cell phone is old, so can't download Medallion. I chose to check in using the web version. I entered my credit card information under "payment method". My credit card expires on 03/2024. When I entered "03" under the "expiration month", the system returned an error "expiration must be after your journey ends", and won't let me continue. Yes, "03" which is March is after my journey ends in Nov., but the year is "24". The system seems to look at the month only and not the year of expiration. Has anyone had this problem?

I booked my cruises through a CVP, and not outside TA. Can I call my CVP to buy the 4-device plan for my cruise at the 50% discounted rate? Or I must call Princess' regular customer service line?

Thank you. Were you happy with John's service? From previous Princess cruises, I noticed there could be a big difference in cabin steward services. Some cleaned really well, some didn't even vacuum once during my entire 14 days cruise.

Sorry, off-topic questions. In 2 months, I will be staying in R316 (Discovery) for 16 days. Were you happy with your cabin steward service? Female or male? Did you get daily turndown service? Any blue Princess bags? f you are Elite, did you get any special bathroom amenities? What items were in your mini-bar setup? Thank you in advance for your information!

If I want to give one of my coffee packages to my sister (different cabin), do I tell room service my sister's cabin # when I call to trade, or I need to get both packages first, then I go to Passenger Service desk and ask them to unload one package from my medallion and load it to my sister's medallion?

I booked solo on three b2b2b cruises (3 separate booking numbers). My 1st cruise is 7 days, 2nd cruise is 5 days, and 3rd cruise is 4 days. I drank about one cup of coffee each day, so I am thinking for my 1st cruise, I will trade in my mini bar for 2 coffee packages, and for the 5 days and 4 days cruises, trade in for Pierre water and soda. Questions: If I trade in my 1st cruise's mini-bar for 2 coffee packages, hence 30 specialty coffee, and at the end of the 7-day cruise, I only drank 10 specialty coffee, will the remaining 20 coffee be able to carry forward to my 2nd cruise and 3rd cruise until I used up all 30 coffee? A and at the same time, on the 1st day of my 2nd and 3rd cruise, I can call RS to trade my 2nd and 3rd cruise mini bar set up for water and soda (20 bottles each for 2nd and 3rd cruise)?

Just want to make sure I understood what you said. I can call room service and tell them I want to trade 1/2 of my mini bar for one coffee package and the other 1/2 for 10 cans of soda?

We are considering doing the 27-day Princess cruise from Sydney to Los Angeles in April 2023. We visited Sydney many years ago (6 days land tour), so don't plan to do any sightseeing this time. Just want to get to Sydney one day before the cruise starts just in case of flight delays. Thinking of booking a one-night hotel either by the airport or by the cruise terminal. Have a few questions: 1. How far is Sydney airport from the Princess cruise terminal? 2. Any recommendation on a reasonably priced hotel by airport or cruise terminal? 3. What is the average cost of a nice hotel by airport or cruise terminal for early April? 4. How is the weather in Sydney and NZ around early April? Much rain? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

We will be on the Discovery Princess in November with a stop in Ensenada. The $4pp shuttle was offered by Princess? The shuttle is roundtrip (port to downtown and downtown back to port)? Is there much to do/see in Ensenada downtown? Thanks.

Also, the shuttle from the port to town is right at the cruise terminal?
