  1. I understand why you booked the two different cabin categories you did, but do you actually stay in the separate cabins?
  2. Contact them since they are the source.
  3. For your reading pleasure. https://www.celebritycruises.com/captains-club/tiers-and-benefits
  4. And don't forget about us old farts that also wear bucket hats. 😁
  5. Cruising with Celebrity hasn't lost the sparkle for us. But, when a perk/benefit is taken away I (we) have a right to voice our complaints and feel justified by doing so. Recently I spoke with the CC concierge about it on our recent Summit cruise. The CC HH that use to be held in the evening in the Sky Lounge never felt forced to us and is no longer. The evening of the senior officers party my wife and I were approached by one of the senior officers and asked our CC tier level and thanked us for our loyalty to Celebrity. I politely advised her at the time of our disappointment and approval with some of the changes to the CC (also noted on our PCS). Again never felt forced at that event. Then or now. BTW, I did receive some cheese to go with my wine at the senior officers event. 😁 Maybe whenever you finally make elite and have some perks/benefits, oh like discounts and upgrades taken away you may feel differently. Maybe not. Until then...
  6. That's nothing compared to the wait times at the Holy Doughnut in Portland Maine. 🍩
  7. I like what you've done there. 😉👍
  8. We always stick with the CBP. Works for us. You can always upgrade to the PBP once onboard. 🍷
  9. Right on. Hopefully this goes fleetwide.

  11. Inside, not always true in the military. Outside, there are places where hats are not allowed when outside while on duty.
  12. Agree with October. We don't cruise for the fall colors. Just consider them a bonus to the great itinerary. We were also on the 21 September Summit NE/Canada cruise. Second time (September 2019) for doing this itinerary. I was on the helipad as we heading into Quebec. A lot of fall colors along the St. Lawrence River. Along with missing Saint John N.B and Sydney N.S. we also missed Charlottetown P.E.I. due to Fiona. Bummer, but ship happens. Still had a fun, safe and healthy cruise. Always another time.
  13. I do too. We were in a standard balcony stateroom.
  14. Depends on the wall. We just got off the Summit and had no problem with the magnets sticking to the walls. The wall above the couch, no problem, the wall by the vanity and TV is on, no problem.
  15. The only show we take advantage of the reserved section is in Studio B for the ice show. We don't care for the reserved section in the theater.
  16. We aren't buffet fans but like to try it at least once on the cruise. Impossible to get a table on our 21September NE/Canada Summit cruise due to lunch time table hogs. Selfish people sitting there playing card games and or on their electronic devices, even before the stations opened. Real jerks and the staff did nothing about it! Which IMO, they shouldn't have. MDR and the pool grill were always good for lunch.
  17. Glad to hear that. The cruise we were on on a lot of people from all over Florida. Some were going home to nothing. Bon Voyage and enjoy. 🍷
  18. Returned home on the evening of 3 October from our 21 September 12 night NE/Canada cruise on the Summit and no covid for us. Same when we returned from our B2B Caribbean cruise in March on the Explorer Of The Seas.
