  1. Yes, that's how it's supposed to work—most ships and sometimes different bars on a ship charge $14.
  2. Only house/well liquor. If you name a brand, it's $14.
  3. Moving on is also easier to forgo Pinnacle benefits if you are booking GS and above on another line.
  4. + $300 Voom, Pinnacle lunch, free photos. Just about $2,000 for a 7-day cruise.
  5. Good point! $1,176 X 18% = $211.68 Cruise cost benefit for Pinacles = $1,387.68 + free laundry + BOGO dining + free water etc...
  6. Entertainment is complicated. We don't go to most shows, but I would like the option. On Odessey and Oasis, the early showtimes always conflicted with our 8:00 CK dinner. The late shows were too late. I prefer the Radiance class theater shows at 7 PM and 9 PM and adult shows at 10:00. Not much variety, but we had options.
  7. I am curious if this will only work on ships with 3-deck dining?
  8. 45 minutes for dinner? It's possible, but it won't work for large tables.
  9. I've seen it working. You probably have to ask. (Just like the solarium roof) The problem with the VCL bar is the bar stools are very far apart.
  10. I can't wear shorts, but I could wear a short skirt? Hahahaha
  11. How do you know it's your favorite on your first drink? $1 per drink. Bartenders' tips go into a tip jar anyway.
  12. There are a couple of Suite lounges with a piano, and once in a blue moon, you'll get some piano for maybe 30 minutes. No entertainment in the D lounge ever.
  13. When Radiance was built in 1998 there were no CPAP devices suitable for travel.
  14. Izumi is on the right side, the old Rita's was on the left side. At one point during the Alaska season, they taped new signs over the Rita's signs and tried to turn it into a seafood restaurant about 8 years ago.
  15. There is no way to predict what RCI might enforce in the future.
  16. Moving to a new sailing date will only cost you $200.
  17. The problem is not the ship class or sea days. It's the number of ports. We did Honolulu to Vancouver twice when it was 12 days. The itinerary included an overnight on Maui, one stop on Kauai, and two stops on the big island. The new itinerary is not a good way to see Hawaii. I understand there are 'issues' with Maui and the big island. We are on the 2024 Sydney to Honolulu leg but opted not to continue.
  18. There is no Rita's Cantina on ANY ship.
