  1. All I can say is that 4.23.1 did solve all of my issues that I had with 4.23.0, except that now I can't view menus for the various dining venues. 😏 YMMV, but if you do decide to update, let us know how it goes..🙂

  5. Right.. we're now talking about a brand new release - 4.23.1, which solved most of the issues we were having with 4.23.0. Except that now we can't see the menus.
  6. I agree.. I'm not very impressed with their IT department, especially of late with the Navigator app fiasco. I did send their Navigator support desk an email this morning about the menu issue with 4.23.1. Waiting to hear back, but not holding my breath. We sail on NS next Saturday and it would be nice if that feature worked.

  8. We're on that sailing as well. Please feel free to join our roll call if you haven't already 🙂 Where did you read that HH wasn't 50% off on NS? Not that it really matters to us because we have the SBP. But when we sailed Zuiderdam last April, I believe it was buy one, get the second one for $2. Do you know what the HH special is for our NS sailing on the 18th?
  9. Yes, I saw that this morning and loaded it to my S22 device. No more crashes, and everything seems to be working fine except that I can no longer view menus for the various dining venues. I was able to view the menus in 4.17.0, and I can view other PDF files, so I don't think it's a setting on my device. Does anyone have any recommendations for solving this issue? I've already tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting my device several times with no luck. Thanks!

  11. Yes, this issue appears to be specific to Android devices.
  12. Just noticed that the app is no longer available in the Google Play Store, so maybe that means they're working on the problem and will reload a workable version to the Store soon... sure hope so.
  13. Are you able to go to the front desk and inquire as to what's going on with the update for Android devices and report back what they tell you?
  14. Just emailed them.. I guess we'll see, but now I don't have a working app and my cruise leaves very soon. 😕
  15. Dang it.. Just updated to 4.23 on my S22, and now the app doesn't work. Something about a bug and to wait for a fix.. 😕
  16. I have a Galaxy S22 as well, running 4.17.0. Are you saying that 4.23 is working fine on your S22? Currently I'm reluctant to update to 4.23 after reading these reports of 'crashes' after the update.

  18. I didn't see any harshness in that response, and I have to agree that the condescending tone in more than a few comments here is palpable.
  19. Thank you for pointing me there. I prefer the whites as well, and as you mentioned, looks like there are several that are within the SBP limits. 🙂

  21. Interesting.. I just looked at the PG menu in the app, and noticed that not a single choice of wine by the glass is within SBP limits.. disappointing. 😏
