  1. Miami Metropolitan Area is the ninth-largest Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the United States, the fifth-largest metropolitan area in the Southern USA and the largest metropolitan area in Florida with a population of 6.14 Million
  2. Yet even she was borrowed by another Ship in another Cast, she posted Videos as it happened. And I've known others like her that did 4-6wk then return, Rare, yes but happens.
  3. One Cruise it let me Fill out the Health Questionnaire weeks before Cruise, that's Royal IT for ya
  4. Sorry, shouldn't be that hard. I was missing Cruises from 80's, fortunately had all my Cruise Cards and Tickets. saved everything. Daughter had one from 1997 missing. Was lucky email with all info reservation numbers dates and 4wks later was fixed
  5. Not bad compared to some New Releases. Some these on Radiance Class in the new Cat Sunset Balcony where Cruises are running $200 per person per nite and more
  6. Shoot I've had Meal Times change in Main Dining after we Boarded. Card's said 6pm, Cruise Compass said 6pm, hundreds of us show up to Main Dining to find out times Printed on them were wrong. Our Sailing was supposed to be 6:30 for 1st early Seating. They seated us all anyway. Doing many Fall B4B's and longer Meal times changing between Cruises happens at least once. Yes, feeding 500-1000+ passengers a sitting in Main Dining all in 25-60min, that would be lot of Carving.
  7. Ha, Yeah! I'm always first in Wind Jammer for Dinners, first cuts and first to touch Utensils. Of course growing up 45-50yrs ago living with a Single Father, just the 2 of us, a fancy meal ate our house was a Turkey Loaf or Ham Loaf cooked up in Tin came in.
  8. Yeah I always go to Wind Jammer on Thanksgiving they have always had whole Turkeys at Carving Station on my Sailings. Better then that Turkey in Main Dining.
  9. Yes, on Trans Atlantic we'd plan 6+ Sea Days straight on Cruise. Me, Love my Seas Days and only do longer 10+ niters long Carb and Repos myself(SOLO) with 5 to 5, 4 to 6, 5 to 6, 5 to 8, Port Days and Sea Days. But for my Daughter and Grand Daughter on their first Cruise longer then 10niter this 16n ended up being 12 Sea Days as we lost 3 Port Days.
  10. Yup, Panama Canal! Doing same Radiance PC Cruise next Oct 2024, hoping for better. Though Oct 2022 PC on Serenade only 3 tenders got ashore in Cabo before was halted for the day and this was a Sunny but windy day
  11. Yeah Couple Months ago we had 6 Seas Days straight Sea Days causing multiple missed ports on Cruise due to rough water, left us with only 4 stops on a 16nite Cruise
  12. As said assume that just gets thrown away, best just plan on getting refill from Doctor
  13. Ha, yeah! Like my Wife use to say, Not how much Spent was how much she saved 😁
  14. Some on Southern Carib out PR do stops here every so often and mine were on a few 11n out of Florida. Coming up its on a Boston RT Jewel and 4 TA's Serenade/Brilliance/Jewel stopping here... US ARMY Units I supported went there 40yrs ago, think Grenada still Celebrates that date
  15. Kool! Yes with Solo/Single save thousands a yr with the 340+ and at times every 3rd or 4th Cruise is free with amount I save with all Discounts. 21-26yrs ago we'd all pack into a small Vision or Sovereign Class OV for 7-10nites, all 5 of us!
  16. Few Decades ago Vision and then Radiance Classes considered some first Mega Sized Cruise Ships. Now small
  17. Likely because where coming from in Spring, Florida/Texas/Caribbean, not really direct route. Fall is easy when going to west to Boston. Royal doesn't usually get too inventive with new routes/dates. It's like TA's, I remember when they'd go 17-18nites, less nites less stops on the crossings
  18. What all is on new ships is a Secret, Building the Ships, Nope! The Companies usually pretty good about sharing size, though Icon was not. Everything said smaller then Oasis Class, instead even larger. Earliest I remember was about Voyager when they told us onboard Royal Ship in 1995 about it coming out in 1998. Then Ship Builders/workers post Pics all the time, making it even harder keep a secret.
  19. Now into 2026 only one Celebrity Ship there, same Ship for 2024-2026, and they will be in same position as they keep building the Mega Ships. I'd like see Royal Build another Radiance-ish size Ship in the Future, Class was Built with best of Vision and Voyager Class, a nice fit.
  20. Though Interesting as Royal is keeping 3 Ships there at a time, 5 different Ships during 2024-2025
