In late August I will be submitting my desired flights to Tokyo.
I will know every option for getting there.
Every US airport that has flights.
All the non stop flights
All airlines that fly there.
Type of aircraft used
I prefer to deal directly with the Air Department no matter if it’s by email or phone calls. No crazy back and forth with my TA or the Air Department. It should be easy… not hard!
People don’t want to leave the USA and get denied boarding overseas with the possibility of being quarantined.
Policies change to benefit the cruise line.
I can fly to Rome and board the ship without a Negative Covid test but I can’t board a ship in any US port without a Negative Covid test.
Doesn’t make a bit of sense.
I can make a request August 24.We do an air deviation and I’ll make sure to have my top three air routes to submit.
So no need to have a TA contact Regent Air anymore.
Once we submit our desired flights we won’t even hear back for 10 days. Probably only to be told Regent doesn’t have a contact on those flights. Then another email back to request flights once again. Wow…. Lots of emails !!
I would like to know from someone who is currently on the Navigator if there is a free standing electric makeup mirror that can be placed on the desk. Electric that lights up. Both the Splendor and Explorer have them .
Thanks!
Regent Air is not good when it comes to layover times and having to make connections. You should not accept a flight unless u have a 3 hour layover at this time.
They should know better.
Wow… very disturbing to read all this. If Regent can’t provide what you have paid for they should cancel cruise and refund monies. We have a cruise in July on the Navigator. ANY issues and we will probably not make final payments on future booked cruises if we keep reading negative cruise experiences. The worst is the lack of honesty about what’s going on with Covid onboard. That’s unacceptable.
We bought collapsible water bottles.
Will fill with any water that is bottled to take on excursions. Don’t want to drink water from those water stations.
Hi Dave,
We like to take a carry on piece with us onboard the plane.
We check thru our large bag. We take a carryon plus a tote bag for drugs and toiletries on board. Been traveling this way in Business Class for many years.
