I have a question. Does anyone have the menu for CG? I am trying to see what they charge for each item. I just found out that my complimentary specialty restaurant reservation on booking is really "Specialty Restaurant Cover Charge"! When I booked and it said complimentary, I thought that I could have a meal there free. But now after reading another thread, I find this is not the case? But if I choose to want to try the CG I thought maybe if I see the menu.....

Well, after reading this thread I had to go back to my summary statement and on mine it said "Specialty Restaurant Cover Charge" with a value next to it of $45.90. So now, you mean to tell me that that has no value when having a meal there, that you have to pay????? OMG, Princess should be ashamed of itself for misleading many.

I agree. I found this out yesterday when trying to load my Vaccine certificates. I could not figure out what was happening and then I took pictures with my phone, downloaded it to my computer and then entered them that way. How convoluted. PDF is pretty commonplace. Just another pain with this app. Another pain is when trying to enter Specialty Dining reservations using the Princess complimentary reservation. My complimentary res does not show up, but I have read that is the case for some and others have no problems, again pain in the neck app with such inconsistency. I don't trust that if I pay for the reservation now that Princess will easily reimburse me. I have tried shutting off my phone and just plain attempting over and over at various times.

I hear you! I decided to try and go to the website on my computer and job done now! I even loaded my covid certificates (after I took pictures and downloaded them to my computer - I had them saved previously as PDF and that did not work). Give it a try.

I had the same thing happening so I finally went to my home computer and got through it quickly. For the documentation I had PDF saved on my computer but it is would not load so I took pictures on my phone, then saved it to the computer and it attached quickly. It now says ending approval but at least the documents for both hubby and I are there.

I tried going through the process many times with no progress, but then someone said they had an update so I did that. Once I did that the DMW opens quickly and I was able to finally enter same time each day. Then I changed a day or two where I wanted to check the other restaurant and that worked too. The only thing I have not been able to do now is pick a specialty restaurant, using my complimentary gift. When I go through the process it only shows the pay option and the gift does not show up. I have gone it and tried many times but have been unsuccessful. The app still comes up quickly including the DMW. I noticed sometimes the blue line changes to yellow and then back again at various times. I was trying to find where everyone said to enter your covid documents and finally found that, but only when I used the web version on my home computer. So that finally is done but it said awaiting approval on my certificates but at least they are there.

I have been able to use the book the "reserve the same time each day" function. I removed one day so I can book the specialty restaurant which I have a complimentary gift to use. When I select the restaurant the "free" choice is not listed; only the pay $29pp choice. Can anyone tell me what I need to do or is there a tip to get it to go through? Thanks in advance.

My dining credit did not show up. It only showed that I needed to pay the $58. I am interested in the answer to your question as well, Blue.

Can you book if you have the free night for specialty restaurant? If so, how do you do that? I tried to go through the process but it only came up as owing payment.

Here is a 3rd vote for Premier Inn near West Quay. We stayed there twice and loved the location. The room was small but that was just where we slept. We loved their breakfast and the front desk was very helpful coordinating taxis for everyone.

That was awful for you! I can remember reading years ago, I think it was on the HAL boards?, that a cruise was taken over by some group but the non-group passengers, tried to go into places anyway and I can only imagine what that would have been like. I can't clearly remember what the outcome was. Understandable though.

Hi, I wasn't sure where I should lodge this request. We have three similar threads on the Majestic Princess September for roll calls. Several posters expressed an interest in combining the three. Can someone please direct me to the correct area and/or person? Thank you in advance.

Does anyone know if they will have cruise terminal covid testing available? Or are there pharmacies or places to get covid testing near the cruise terminal?

If I booked a cruise and was not told that I would not have access to certain areas of the ship then I would be angry! If there is going to be limited access on a cruise that you are going to book, then Cunard should definitely have a notification during the booking process to make you aware.

What happened to the Fort Lauderdale view PTZ cam where we used to be able to see other ships further in the port? I love seeing QE and can't see her there on that site.

Does anyone know why we can't see the "other" view of Port Everglades/For Lauderdale like we used to on the PTZ webcam site? I was trying to see QE there.
