  1. Hi Lissie, can you tell me if you needed a visa for Egypt, Oman and Singapore please? We are on QE next year and have those ports and were trying to see if we needed to organize visas or if they are obtained by the ship. Thank you in advance!

We are currently on Majestic and booked the entire cruise at 5pm in one of tbe main Dining rooms, with the exception of two nights where we wanted to try the other twi main DR, and one night specialty. On our first night we talked to the check in person to see if we coukd get the same table each night and were told that the computer program assigns table...so basically no. The first 3 nights we had the same table so thought great....did not last though. We booked for 5pm thinking it would be a no brainer...wrong. The next night we were moved to a diff table in less desirable location. I asked if we coukd please have the same table we had been eating at and were told that someone at 540pm had that table. Went round and round with many people to no avail. We ended up eating in the Marketplace after that. Made no sense! If the computer assigns as you arrive how could soneone later have the table already? This was our first Princess cruise and will likely be our last. The ship was full, the mask mandates not enforced, the 6 person elevator limit, dining rooms tables distance not spaced enough.

  4. On our cruise for Majestic Princess they have open two restaurants at the moment, Concerto and Allegro. There is also another Main Dining Room, but they must not open it unless they have quite a lot of people. I had to read lots and lots of threads to understand about the DR and what people thought of each. Preference varies.
  5. HI, we are first timers on Princess next month. We were able to finally start booking about 60 days prior to our cruise date. You can use the app and enter it day by day or you can select a time for the entire cruise. Also, you can now book via the website either day by day or for the entire cruise. It also lets you select the main dining room or specialty dining. Hope this helps.
  6. This showed up for our cruise next month and being from Australia, the prices were: DBB for two is AUD 60.75 and UBD for two is AUD 135. I doubt we will do either of them though.

  10. Hi everyone! We will be cruising on the Majestic Princess soon and are wondering if you have any opinions or comments regarding the location. It is a balcony cabin directly across the hall from the Stairs and Panoramic Elevators on the Caribe Deck. We are trying to be prepared as this is our first Princess cruise. Has anyone stayed in those cabins and had issues they can let us know about, good or not so good? We appreciate your thoughts! Thank you in advance.
  11. I have a question for you guys. We are considering purchasing stock for the OBC but was wondering if we both need to buy the stock and would we both get OBC OR is it OBC for one person only or OBC per cabin? (If we both have a 100 shares each would we both each get OBC?) Thanks in advance!
