The shareholder benefit information is actually on the Carnival Cruises corporate web site. A google search of "princess shareholder benefit" or "princess veterans beneft" would have worked.

Here is all the information you need:

Skagway has four cruise ship docks: Ore dock (ORE), Broadway dock (BRD), Railroad Forward (RRF) and Railroad Aft (RRA). The rock slide affected the Railroad Forward dock. Ships are still using the Railroad Aft dock, but passengers cannot walk north, via the Railroad Forward dock, to get to the city. They are using "water shuttles" (tenders for us oldies 😉) to the small boat harbor.

We were in E425 on the Royal (same deckplan). Very nice balcony view. Minimum obstruction.

It's bubbly, and produces blinding headaches for hours!

They do have lists of cruise directors and entertainment directors, but no listing of captains. They do post pictures of the senior staff photos that are usually posted on the promenade deck, near the elevators. The captain of the ship is included in those photos.

From what I've heard, Princess does not care! Princess = Inconsistently inconsistent.

General consensus is that Princess doesn't care.
