Please don't blame Princess for your embarkation experience. Cruise port employees are in control until you step off the gangway, and onto the ship. Same thing applies in reverse when you return.

You can't blame Princess for that issue. From the moment you step off the ship gangway, Princess employees are not in control. It is in the hands of the cruise port employees.

For "goodies', you can get to the Vancouver Costco with a short SkyTrain ride from Waterfront Station to the Stadium – Chinatown Station on the Expo Line. The Costco is a short (5 minute) walk across the street from the station, via an elevator down to the store from the street level.

@ceilidh1 Have you ever used Quickshuttle from Canada Place/Waterfront Station to Seattle Pier 91? I just checked and it's $39 non-refundable with a limited time free suitcase. Leaves Canada at 6:45AM. Arrives Pier 91 12:15PM. Unfortunately, it's sold out for Saturday, 9/23.

Next time you embark in Vancouver, take the ramp outside the hotel/convention center instead of the elevator.

That post on their website is dated February 2023. I just called the 1-800-PRINCESS number and waited for option 5. Option 5 leads to the possibly "scammy" "Princess Promotions" people. Nothing about post-cruise assistance.

Wondering if they are going to try making pizza with wheat flour? What about rolls, pastries, and breads? It was suggested that passengers ""jump ship in Ensenada to protest".
