Has anyone had any luck recently reserving MDR dining times once you were onboard?

All of the Trivia and other events are on the Navigator now.

Boarding the Rotterdam soon for, hopefully, a lovely B2B2B. Frankly I am stunned by the early departures for shore excursions at ports where we are docked until late. For example, a Curacao Beach Express at 7:30am when we are docked from 7am-11pm. It's the only option. That is just one of many 7:30am departures for tours. Will HAL add later options?

Trying to, but keep getting the "Something is Wrong" ..... uggh

We are lucky to be in Bonaire for the Children's Momo Parade of Karnaval. Does anyone know what the parade route will be?

We're lucky to be in Curacao until 11:00pm the night of the Grand Farewell Carnival Parade. Can anyone direct me to where I can find the parade route? All I know so far is that it starts at 7:00pm.

I totally agree with you about the "Kukoo" Aruba experiences. We've done a day and an evening tour and we didn't like either. A forced enthusiasm that is just not for me. But obviously there are many who enjoy it, and their tours are popular. Thanks for the great review so far. We're boarding in about 2 weeks. 👍

Looks like the Rotterdam is now the only ship in Bonaire on February 20! The Aida Perla has moved to the day before. 👍

There was a time last year when anytime diners could pre-reserve MDR times. Unfortunately HAL has done away with that. Many here report that you can reserve times once you are onboard, I've read up to three days at a time but I have no firsthand experience to back that up. The Sunday and Wednesday comment was probably based on the daily specials that Canaletto offers. Personally, my choice would be Saturday. I wonder if it's always "the biggest ship wins".... 🤔 The day we're supposed to be there, the Aida Perla is scheduled to be there 8am-6pm. The Rotterdam is 8am-11pm. Fingers crossed the length of the port stay makes a difference. 🤞

Hopefully the band at the Ocean Bar will also be on the Pinnacle Class ships. We will miss Lincoln Center for sure.

Hopefully if this is now a recurring issue, they will adjust their itineraries sooner rather than later. I already cancelled my HIA Bonaire shore excursion in anticipation of a February change. But I would be very upset if for example I missed out on a Woodwind private excursion with no notice until after we set sail.
