  1. Additionally you can bring sealed cans when returning from a port
  2. Yes...I have and know others who have as well. It usually is fine yet I've had experiences where the uber cancels presumably because they get spooked once they see there's a check point. Worst case it simply just adds a little time if they cancel Yes...It will depend on the port and terminal...Often X is out of FLL and T25, once you get outside of the terminal building take a left and that's the area.
  3. Short answer: Connie, Millie, Summit and Infinity Long answer: The rest of the fleet still has heated indoor pools but the M-Class has in-pool seating along the sides S-Class M-Class
  4. X only releases a certain number of staterooms for casino bookings, no idea if that varies by sailing or if is a hard limit
  5. Check in sized luggage will fit, if that's what you're asking
  6. Which includes nearly all casino bookings
  7. There are alternatives to the long lines. Airlines also have curb side checkin which usually has a much shorter line. Also some airline credit cards with an annual fee give you airline perks like priority check in and even free luggage for you and your companions. If a couple flies into a cruise port, at $30 a bag, per person, per flight, would cost $120 total which is often more expensive than the annual fee
  8. Or is solo yet double points when solo applies to all sailings, not exclusive to TAs
  9. On the Millie had a very unique room service event. Left the door tag for just coffee, selected the time I think it was 6-630. We get woken up by a phone call at 520am asking if we still wanted breakfast; we're both half asleep and I confirmed it was just coffee and nothing else. Tell them to please leave it at the door if we don't answer and we go back asleep. Get a phone call at 635am, again we're asleep, answer and the delivery person saying to come to the door. I explain I'm not yet out of bed and to leave it at the door, they say no problem. Another 20mins goes by and we receive a THIRD phone call asking if we enjoyed breakfast. Never experienced a single phone call on any other sailing...lol
  10. It'll most likely be T25; they'll most likely be no enforcement whether or not people want there to be
  11. Princess has it in FLL; don't know why X doesn't offer it but for those who want it they should email X customer service From Princess in FLL, not all airlines participate nor is every flight eligible, must be a domestic flight, if a FLL flight must be no earlier than 1130am and if a MIA flight must be earlier than 2pm
  12. It's been said for decades and will most likely continue to be said for decades; the OPs question isn't unique
  13. Generally you can find openings but it's 9pm or later
  14. Can't really wash the empty bottles, seems like a lot of work to save a dollar while on vacation
  15. Even if it does return, I'm speaking from first hand experience on my first X cruise, be advised travel insurance does not cover luggage lost by luggage valet as the service is an independent 3rd party. It's possible to have coverage added yet you need to ensure the insurer is aware that valet is a service not part of the cruise line or airline
  16. Give it a try; they're both very different experience
  17. Basically it's the Millie in PR, Sol in L.A., short bahamas sailings and the 7 night Reflection
  18. So that's the "secret sauce", book online and call CC to request the CC discount; thanks
  19. We're to provide the best possible information for others. I provided very specific info, you did not provide any specifics so originally I was not sure if you did one sailing shortly after the restart. With your experience, could you please expand on which port, which month/year and how windows were enforced?
  20. So I called, first cancelled my existing premium wifi package then bought the basic. Once both were complete I asked about the voucher, rep had no idea what I was talking about (lol). Looks like I'll just wait until I get on board, will first try the internet manager then the guest services
  21. It's all psychology, many are "opportunists" which isn't a bad thing...In their mind, it brings them joy to see what they can get away with
  22. After tipping, rule enforcement is the second most debated topic on here...Has been that way for decades and will probably continue for decades
  23. Like it or not, they only enforced embarkation windows for a few months after the restart. It's been nearly two years since they've enforced them. Since the restart I've sailed 9 times on X, out of FLL, Miami, San Diego and L.A./San Pedro
