We are on the NYE sailing on the Sky as well (actually doing the B2B for Christmas as well). My app JourneyView is showing Rock Opera on Dec 31, 5 Skies on Jan 2, and Spotlight Bar on Jan 4. All great shows!

Please disregard. My JourneyView was just updated and I see it will be Rock Opera and Spotlight Bar again. Yay! Was looking forward to seeing 5 Skies again though.

(Un)fortunately, Princess has changed up the port on us on the Sky later this month. We will be docking at CH instead of Mahogany Bay. I was looking forward to the beach there but first world problems, right? Just thankful to be cruising.

How was it docking at Coxen Hole? Anything to do within walking distance of the port?

We are on the same B2B as you and only thanks to the great CC community did I learn of this change. I was also puzzled as to why excursion options for Roaton dropped off my cruise personalizer too. I have to say I’m not pleased with being moved to Coxen Hole. Mahogany Bay at least has the beach within walking distance. What is there to do on Coxen Hole much less on Christmas Day? -
We will be in port on Christmas Day. We are considering an excursion offered through Princess Cruises to Tulum but barring that, is there much to do on our own in port? Will anything be open?

Totally agree. The extra steps helped us burn off those extra cruise calories! What I enjoyed most was how quiet it was as there were very few cabins around us. The large bedroom made up for the small balcony which we only used a handful of times anyways. I also appreciated how I could lay our swimsuits to dry atop the wide expanse of drawers under the windows.

Recently Princess was also offering 3rd & 4th passengers sail free promo. Limited sailings and dates.

Firstly, congratulations on the milestone anniversary! It’s so sweet of you to plan this. But yikes, the price of the renewal is steep! I’d almost rather put that towards another cruise. -

Thanks for sharing your experiences. We’ve been Princess loyal and our girls have “grown up” through what is now Camp Discovery. This will be our first year DD is in Beach House but our younger one is still slated for The Lodge. They’re hoping they can age up / down so they can be together.

Maybe the CDs are promoting the show as new in the sense it’s a new format of production (in terms of the theme, music, technology ). As an aside, we loved Spotlight Bar too!
