  1. I'm glad to hear that you are healing nicely, and that you have a dear friend nearby cheering you up, Bonnie!
  2. @FromSea2ShiningSea Wow, Helen! Keep the pictures coming, please. So many of your beautiful pictures look like postcards. Loving them all!
  3. +1 @DaniDanielle Your grandson sounds like a sensitive, intelligent young man, and one who must make you so proud, Marietta and Charlie.❤️ Speaking of Charlie, how is he doing these days, especially since he fell in Atlantic City?
  4. I'm sorry you have the flu, Dani. I hope you feel better quickly. The flu is going around like crazy back in New Jersey. Some cases here in Naples, too.
  5. @dani negreanu I love what your talented husband has created for your DS. While both are great, I love #1 the best!!😉
  6. @FromSea2ShiningSea Helen, as always, I love all of your pictures. You certainly do have an eye with the camera. Beautiful! I'm so glad that you and Marty have finally been able to do the trip of your dreams. There is no way that either Jim or I would do too well with sleeping on the floor. As much as you enjoy hiking, it sure was a smart move to stop where you did, and let Marty continue on. Thank you for sharing your trip with us. When do you board for your cruise?
  7. I'm sorry you are in a noisy cabin.😔 You've got nothing to lose by going to Guest Services. They all are very nice there. Good luck; I hope it will get better for you.
  8. We just got off Beyond this past Friday, Cabin 7199. No problems with noise, and I'm a light sleeper.
  9. I am so sorry for what you and your husband had to go through on your cruise. I can't believe your room wasn't changed after that horrible unsanitary experience. I do hope your husband is okay.
  10. Thanks Jane. I knew it was going to be hot and humid in Cartagena, and prepared for it by wearing a loose fitting, linen dress, but boy of boy! Also going through the Canal, we would open our infinite veranda window to look down at the water levels, and the entire room steamed up, so we'd have to close the window, then open it again once the room cooled down, etc. Great experience going through the Canal, though!
  11. @firefly333 I love grey, Jane! All of our bedrooms are grey, both in our home in NJ, as well as in our Condo here in Florida. When will you be making the "big move"?
  12. Aw, it almost looks like Eva is praying! We had a great cruise, but boy, was it very hot and humid!!! Phew!
  13. @Sea Dog I hope you are doing so much better with your PT on your knee, Greg! How is Linda doing with hers?
  14. After being gone for 11 days, and been busy the past two days, I am 35 pages behind!! I hope everyone who celebrated a Birthday or Anniversary, that you all had a memorable day! I understand that our dear Dani @dani negreanu celebrated her Birthday while I was at Sea. Either Graham or Jennifer had brought that to my attention. Speaking of Graham and Jennifer, Jim and I truly enjoyed the time we spent with Nikki and Graham, and Jennifer and Dave. I also was happily introduced to my first of several Snowflake martinis by these wonderful friends. Yum!! @FromSea2ShiningSea Have the best time in Japan, Helen and Marty! @BonTexasNY I'm glad to hear that your hernia operation is over, and I hope you are feeling great! Is your daughter Jennifer and your Grands still visiting?
  15. Hi there! We were on the Homeric to Bermuda either 1982, or 1983. We cruised around the 4th of July, huge family get together. We had a great time, we "bought" our own horse and had fun decorating it for the horse race. Our daughters were in the 7th and 10th grades. They had a really fun time teaching English to some of the young crew. Thanks for the memory of my cruise. We had rain on our last day and pretty rough seas, but a fun time all around!😊
