Truth!! But you are doing a great job and I enjoy your reviews both solo and with B. Hubby and I are very boring cruisers but love every minute of doing nothing😂. I really appreciate reading all the different reviewer styles and cruising vicariously.

Hi B!! As someone who had read many of @TxTeach79 reviews I feel like we are old friends! And I’m from the Dallas area too do even relate to your “home” posts. So sorry you aren’t along for this cruise but glad to see you e “joined” virtually!!

I really feel like I remember noticing no glasses in the bathroom sometime and being told at the tune that they didn’t have them but can’t remember which ship it was on but wouldn’t have been the Glory.

I’m exactly opposite but wish they would have both available so everyone can get the ones they want. I purchase cards every month to stockpile and prefer keeping up with physical cards instead of the e-cards. If I’m using immediately then e-cards with no shipping charge. I also won’t join AARP so can only get Princess or other gift cards there but have to stick with Allstate for my Carnival cards.

My favorite part of sailing from NOLA. Or one of them. We would always drive overnight so the kids would sleep most of the way and arrive just after dawn for beignets by the river and watching the ships arrive. Great memories and now I want beignets😂.

We brought alcohol in our carryons when boarding Pride in Lisbon last October. No check and could have purchased inside the port and carried on. I know Carnival’s “official” rule is the same as US ports (as verified again this week on the brand ambassador’s social media page) but it was not being enforced in Lisbon at all.

It might still be available by request. I saw a review recently on here that recommended it and the person was able to order. Have no idea if it was on the menu or not. I think he just asked the waiter for it. I hope so because my hubby was looking forward to it in our first Princess cruise next month.

The two Journeys cruises I have taken were each 13 nights and there were 3 elegant nights. And yes, there were different menus each night, or rather I should say they did not repeat menus. They did have the “regular” 7 night menus plus different ones for the additional nights.

I am going on my first Princess cruise in a few weeks. For a drink like Paradise Punch is it exclusive to Tradewinds or get it and the others listed at other bars or from the wandering servers?

I’m going to have to let others answer this one. I haven’t bought any AARP cards since they made Carnival members only. I only posted today because I was on the site earlier in the week looking at Princess cards and remembered seeing the Carnival cards on the first page.
