Less than 24 hours after booking my first MSC cruise, I'm already "hands in air" with their website. This is the latest (when I try to log in). Can I assume that this is "normal" with them? They can spend billions on ships, but can't put together a functional website... lol You are not allowed to proceed on this site, please go to your country web site to proceed Tom

I've had more issues with Carnival than any other line - though that's because we've sailed more with them. No cruise line, nor any business, is perfect (well, they're not prefect all the time). Take the good with the (hopefully occasional, or rarely) bad. Tom

BTW, Kevin Sheehan did personally reply to me following an issue on a cruise. Though that probably would not have occurred had I not made a diplomatic approach to the issue to begin with. Tom

Well, in all honesty, you're more likely to hear unsolicited feedback from people that had a bad experience rather than a neutral or positive one. Tom

I don't know... most of the "desserts" which are on full (colorful) display in the buffet might as well be Styrofoam. LOL (and even the fancier, for a fee, creations at the specialty coffee place!) Tom

OK... I've tried on two different browsers (Chrome and Edge), and can't get some of the required fields to fill (can't type/drop down not active - specifically state and city). THIS is the correct page, correct? Any other way to get this info to them? We booked our first MSC cruise for April of this year. Will our matched status (Gold) be effective with our first sailing? If I book through an internet agency (not MSC - can't stand their website), should I still be able to upgrade? The booking I'm looking at includes the Easy Plus, but I'm not going to drink Smirnoff !! Tom

Baking sheets - for pastries. I suppose it's still an unknown as to if they're popping them through to heat them, or baking them in a made-from-scratch process. Tom

Oh my !! At least now I know I'm not going crazy (or, at least, this is not evidence of it). In our laundry last month, I only sent out a couple of pieces of clothing. I felt a little something on my shoulder the other day and noticed a small tag of some sort - which I didn't investigate further at that point. I shrugged it off thinking "I've never noticed that before"!! Tom
