  1. Umai Teppanyaki menu
  2. Thanks Marty - what a ride eh? 😀 I'm just the librarian mainly - will keep chipping in on the new threads where it can help others
  3. @Jemnibabe02 You asked about accessible spaces in the old Sun Princess thread - I think this shows at least one specific area at the top of the arena where you have a companion seat in front of that glass screen
  4. Not in the Sphere, all C2 reserve cabanas are mid-fwd on Deck 9, have the tall blue glass and are completely overlooked as in the picture below
  5. The Arena is now open - pictures courtesy of Karen B and Alyana D
  6. Might be good to slightly change the topic name though
  7. All the machines were free to use on the first cruise, where they installed ad worked Perhaps we need to find a secret location to stash detergent for when they start charging 😁
  8. Noticed that the Elite Lounge is held 4pm to 5:30pm in the Cascades Bar. Isn't that finishing earlier than on other ships? When we were on Discovery Princess, it finished at 6:30pm.
  9. How exciting @HolsAddict I keep teasing my other half that we ought to marry on a Princess ship. Did Princess offer you a venue if there is no wedding chapel? I saw mention of the Wake View Terrace maybe?
  10. Posted this in the Staterooms thread but this has wider implications - there are certain protocols they need to follow when refuelling in Barcelona (not sure if it just this port) - including covering the Cove Balcony doors with the metal door coverings. Credit: Sarah G and Marta T
  11. Turns out they need to cover the deck 6 Cove Balconies as part of their refuelling protocols for Barcelona. See letter - credit Marta T
  12. Oh this is interesting... a post that they are locking the Cove Balconies up with those metal door covers tonight. I know there's heavy rain expected when they dock in Barcelona tomorrow.. Credit: Sarah G
  13. :Yay! A proper Live From. Looks like the Dome, Arena and some of Park 19 will be operating for this cruise too,
  14. The Sun Princess TA webinar appears to be available on Youtube. Mostly sales stuff but forward to 29:20 for an update from Vicki Johnson Here is the Spellbound date in the chat:
  15. Yes, someone posted the following:based info from Princess in CA: March 9th sailing - all entertainment venues fully functional except for Park 19 (half operational) March 19th sailing - all venues available. Someone else in a TA training event said Spellbound will start April 8th
  16. This Sphere balcony doesn't look as bad as that dark cavernous one so maybe you need to be selective
  17. Someone posted a crew chat response that states it's $99 pp for sea days, $79 pp on port days. and they offer private cabanas for $499 for up to 4 people.
  18. bigger for accessibility standard mini suite:
  19. Just came across this video short walkthrough of an accessible mini-suite
  20. Thank you for the kind words @CaptainKirk As I mentioned earlier, the elevator photos were taken by someone in an ordinary stateroom on deck 10 who just happened to notice these elevators on day 7 of her cruise. So they must be open to all for the lower decks at least. They are also needed to provide access to the accessible staterooms on 10-14 that sit between them.
  21. Click the subtitles icon?
  22. Not sure, it looks like only the front rows have those end seats with arms that go up for accessible use - they had a lot more of these in the Royal class version but then the design allowed for that.
  23. They are are open to everyone although don't know if there are some of the upper decks that are restricted to suite passengers. There are accessible cabins in the middle aft on decks 10 to 14 so these will need access to a set of elevators. The passenger who took the pictures has a cabin near the end of deck 10 aft and didn't realise they were there before
