I wasn't aware of any cruise lines that use SXM as a homeport. Just a port of call so no airlines needed.

People aren't smart enough to learn how to use them. You push the floor button for EACH person in your group. Not just once for the entire group.

I've canceled an NCL cruise online. I didn't have to call in. Had a better deal on Carnival come up. If she would accept some responsibility for her actions it would be one thing, but she is saying(at least was saying, I haven't kept up over the last week since this originally dropped), that it was all 100% on Carnival despite HER posting the booking information and then having ALL of her personal information needed to create a fake account clearly posted on her Facebook profile.

Be careful because I've seen people choose Havana, then let Carnival choose their room which reduces the price quite a bit, but ends up still being higher than the cheapest rate and they still don't get Havana because they didn't read the actual rate code.

Carnival generally starts releasing new dates around October.

Carnival offered a full cruise credit for what she lost on the cruise. She refused wanting more to pay for the other vacation they scrambled to take at the last minute. Part of me can't help but wonder if it was deliberate to get her 15 mins of fame. This happened over a week ago and people are still talking about it which is giving her page tons of hits.

I would love Carnival to offer something with their other lines. We have been looking at Princess and Celebrity, but Celebrity is winning based on the fact that I would maintain that status if I moved to RCL. If I'm starting over from scratch, why start with essentially the same company.

No, but its something they should do. If I choose to try another line, I would be more willing to try Princess if I got some sort of recognition, but now I'm looking at Celebrity or Virgin more because if I'm starting over, I'm starting over with a new line that will reciprocate.

You're correct.

While they are in the same group(Camp Ocean), they have separate subgroups. 2-5 6-8, and 9-11 are the groups. Sometimes they will combine them and other times they won't. All depends on how many kids are onboard in those age groups.

Carnival website has the menu and while there are seafood choices, there are chicken and steak as well.

I've never had what I consider a "cool" room on Carnival. Each room is warm and I use a fan.

Not likely since if they go, it would be a 2 person table. If you go, they would need a 4-person table which means they would be losing 4 spots for other diners with only 2 people paying.

I wouldn't book an excursion to go to Stone Island. Its a 30 min walk and a $2 water taxi to get there. Then you can find the spot you want to be. We found a spot about 1/2 way down the beach and sat there all day. 4 of us had roughly 20 drinks, some chicken tacos and a molcajete and it was only $60.

Long Beach seems to be horrible with the Panorama. Not sure if the Firenze will be any better.

I see it all the time on social media. People bragging about how they do this and no one ever tells them no. When we tell them they don't because they don't want the guests to complain about them and risk their jobs, they say they don't care.

And you're 100% positive thats where it was left? Or is that just a guess so you can try and push the blame elsewhere? I mean, you already proved that you aren't responsible to take care of your own items, how can we trust you now?
