That is probably the Rock Legends charter cruise that sails every year in February and usually on Indy. The actual date is released right after the next year's Rock Legends cruise, which for 2024 is Feb 22-26. This year, it was closer to the Super Bowl. DH, friends, and family go every year. 🙂

We rented a Cabana at Barefoot Beach this past January. They have two of padded loungers on the wood platform and had setup two or three of the regular loungers right in front of the platform. Literally touching so that it was obvious they went with the Cabana. The Cabana Attendant gives the welcome speech and did say those were part of the cabana setup along with the mats. No problem, same as before. DH had left for zip line and the kids went over to the water park. So, it was just me inside staying out of the sun. It was pretty crowded, and this one gentleman couldn't find enough loungers for his family, he arrived later in the morning. So, he came over and started dragging our loungers away. I said, excuse me, those belong with the cabana. He immediately became angry yelled at me no they did not and tried to take them again. I was more in shock than anything and said yes, they are part of the cabana I paid for. He stomped off and found a manager and proceeded to yell at him about the loungers. He was brought different loungers but was not given ours. If he had asked, I probably would have said sure. Although, I don't know how they track equipment assigned to cabanas.

I hear ya! Don't remember which one of our cruises I was looking at, but for the Beach Cabana they were asking $3699 and OTW $4199 (?). They have lost their ever-loving, collective minds. Even if you had 8 people for the Beach Cabana, that is still over $450 per person. That's the cost of a helicopter tour with a glacier walk in Alaska. Yes, you have to be on an Alaskan cruise, but you get the point. I am willing to pay a little for luxury, but I don't think you are even getting kissed when they bend you over with those rates.... 😲

Not really a K-State or a Sparty fan, but I love good basketball. That was a fantastic Sweet 16 game. I’m sorry for those of you that are MSU fans, but they played a heck of a game. Nowell was just a force of nature tonight for K-State.

I think Chantelle did a great job having the door open on embarkation day so we didn't have to beg to get in. She had a great teacher in Francis. ☺️

My son just fell in love with Phoebe and was so thrilled to see the smiles on her face. Stephen an I had an amazing time and so did Olaf. Hoping for Bella 2 😁

We are only like 45 to 50 minutes from the airport with no traffic, which rarely happens in Atlanta. Early flight this morning so I stayed by the airport last night. Thought I left early enough to get ahead of rush hour, but the interstates said ‘hold my beer’. A little over 3 hours later finally made it to the hotel. 😳 Camp Creek area was a zoo foraging for food. Came back to the room, watched my Jayhawks and tried to get some sleep. Up and ready to start the day for the flight to Miami. Will get to see my youngest and excited about that as well! Looking forward to meeting all the Bella Cruisers! 😁

Lacey is actually a Silky Terrier. She was still under 2 in this pic and hadn’t yet grown into her ears. But, her ears are on the larger side. She is now going on 14, mostly deaf with cataracts. The pups are keeping her young. 😀

Giovanni's still isn't showing as open for lunch on departure day, or any of the sea days. 😟 I hope that changes. Chops shows open for lunch.

Cool! My youngest, who will be joining us on the cruise, works at the Riviera Resort. He was a face character for years previously.

I'm happy to know I'm not the only one who has a spreadsheet with the schedule for the week on it. 😂 I also have a cruise notebook with everything printed out, in sheet protectors with tab dividers. Luggage tags have been properly laminated before putting inside the tag holders. 🙃😁

This happened to us last September on Indy. Still hadn't received a little over a week out. I called and requested that the Cruise Documents be reissued and why. The new version had the luggage tags.

I don't have Apple Wallet, I use another secure document app. There was a work-around that worked for me, hopefully others can do this as well. Click the Add to Apple Wallet button. That came up with a question that Royal wanted to add 2 passes to Wallet with 3 options. Add All, Review, and Cancel. I selected Review, which shows all of the passes. I was then able to screenshot each of the passes and save to my photos. Looks just like what Rusty_lock had with the Suite Class listed.

In the app or online, the Set Sail Pass no longer shows Sky Class. I make a cruise notebook and do old-school and print out pretty much everything. The printed version I have does have Category of Sky Class listed. I forgot to take a screenshot and put in my digital wallet. Luggage tags still show Suite and are red. Our Set Sail Pass from January didn't have suite listed on it either, just Sky Class. The color matched our Royal Tier level. However, on the luggage tags, those do say Suite and are red.

I haven't had any issues with my work VPN, Zoom or Teams. Haven't tried SoftPhone, just used IM or Teams, it was easier. DH has issues with the VPN from his company, can't always login. Fortunately, I had been able to turn off zScaler on my laptop if needed. Not sure about now with the last round of security lockdowns.
