    We are staying at Country Inn & Suites, which was recommended by others. It’s not as close to the port, but the price was right.

    Thank you for your review. We will be on the Getaway in May. We bought the Vibe passes, but I wish I would have gotten the cabana for a few dollars more.

    Yes, I do. Like you, I have probably overpaid for souvenirs and such. I feel fortunate that I am able to afford my vacation and a few extra dollars means far more to them then it does me.

    My husband wears two of the bands, and they do a great job for him. He wore them on a deep sea fishing trip and he was one of two that didn’t get sick. For me the bands provide a little relief, but I take ginger capsules twice a day for the best results.

    I’m glad your mom is feeling better, and hopefully you and your sister recover quickly as well. Thank you for the reminder to always have a high-limit credit card available for unexpected expenses.

    Whatever you decide, if it includes medication, I recommend trying it out at home first. In case you have an adverse reaction, you do not want it to happen on the ship.

    I really enjoy making a plate of cheese and crackers to take on deck to enjoy with a glass of wine. I guess I need to bring Tupperware since carrying plates of food out of the buffet is frowned upon. 😉😂

    Mine is always worse when I travel. I have found elevating them before bed and while I am sleeping helps a lot.

    Have you ever actually asked a staff member which they would prefer? (2 $1 bills or 1 $2 bill) I think that’s what matters

    It’s been a few years since we have been on the Gem, so procedures may have changed, but when we purchased them my husband had to wait for me. They would not sell him 2 passes until I got to the desk. They may make your family be present.
