  1. @ShippyThe bullet point for 360 no longer appears in the dining section for the suite perks on the website although the footnote saying it was only on certain ships is still there. I don’t know if they have updated all sections of the website where it may have been mentioned.
  2. @camper49 Here is a picture for you. See the wooden door on the bottom left that leads to the riviera deck.
  3. Google “emerald princess terrace pool” to see pictures. You will see the outside stairs that run down from the pool along each side to a door that leads to the riviera deck hallway. It also shows the stairs up to the lido buffet.
  4. It says Hyatt regency not Hilton…sorry
  5. We did this tour in early 2020 and it was wonderful. If I remember correctly The hotels are usually listed in the itinerary section of your travel summary with addresses. It says the Hilton Regency in Sydney on the website, not sure why you think that I isn’t the hotel they are using. If it wasn’t they would have let you know by now. They will have people in the lobby to check you in. We arrived a day before and they still had people to meet us at the airport. Put your independent air information into the flight data section of the website.
  6. I think it is now on onboard feature with the new app. You won’t see it before.
  7. It’s best to have your kindle in airplane mode even at home when not needed to purchase or download as it saves battery life.
  8. You said you booked today. It takes a couple of days to appear in the app. It should show on the princess.com site right away.
  9. @partybarbie. Are you using the old app or the new one? If you are using the old don’t select “explore dining options”. That only works onboard. Choose “view or book”, pick the date you want and the specialty dining choice should be there. The new apps dining page is more intuitive.
  10. Ah…well they came up when selecting 4 without selecting accessibility. Didn’t think to check that. Thanks.
  11. @Yellowlily The regal Princess only has two M1 cabins for four people. B432 and B433. Go to the deck plans for the regal on the princess web site and check the box for 4 guests and this will show all cabins for 4. They could already be booked for the cruise you want,
  12. @Rick&Jeannie @Dar & Bob It is required in the new app. See the sticky thread “new app available” where there is a lengthy discussion going on regarding this.
  13. This is a bit of a misstatement. Out of all the casual restaurants on any ship only Alfredos use to be free.
  14. There is usually a number printed on your ezair conformation. I don’t have a reservation at the moment to confirm that.
  15. @San10s My assumption would be in this case that you haven’t completed all the check in steps so no “boarding pass” tab (blue or green) and you are too far out from the cruise for “luggage tags”. Can you confirm any of these? It might to understand if it’s an anomaly that some have these and some don’t
  16. @OmbudI think you are confusing your “shipboard account” with the “shoreside” purchases. They are two different places to authorize your CC. Shoreside is the one that is 3rd party and it is only used for shops OFF ship in port that have agreed to use the medallion when you purchase something. In these cases you need to have your CC registered with Radiqal Gaming LLC.
  17. I’m not booked on a ship that has the crown grill but on my app Sabitini’s is still showing $35 and the Bayou cafe & steakhouse is $39
  18. @suzyed it should be a black sea witch for elite.
  19. @Melbek it shows for me. On the home page scroll down to “view packages”. Or go to profile, then onboard packages. Not sure why yours doesn’t show
  20. You are better off booking a cruise tour that is attached to the cruise (see link to itineraries below). Booking a tour separately imho is too difficult to get the timing right. I believe you went through this sometime last year as well (maybe not you. Lol)? You might want to refer back to that thread because there was a lot of good advice there. https://www.princess.com/cruise-search/cruisetours/
  21. @Iamcruzin You never did have to carry cash because the SD cover charge included a 17% service charge. You were tipping twice.
  22. @deliver42 can you please provide a link to where that is stated? Thanks
  23. @JustAGirl79 Linking was once used for dining when they had traditional so you were assigned the same table. Also, if you have rooms next to each other they usually won’t upgrade you to a different room. One time my sister and I were sailing with our DH’s and because of our linked booking we were “both” upgraded from ocean view side by side cabins to balcony side by sides. I’m not sure what they use if for now but there may be some reasons that help the staff and stewards.
