Sorry, I misspoke ---it's was 7087 & I thought it was the Pinnacle but just a Neptune with the angled balcony.

We were on the K (a sister ship) in 7085....mid ship --- close to the elevator bank & to the Neptune Lounge....(next to the Pinnacle Suite)....we'd book it again.

Is this the Aris that pulls a laminated card with his name on it out of his jacket? We had him on the K for the 35-day in 2023 in CO.

@JazzyV ---- an even bigger YAY!!! glad surgery is over & you can rest, recuperate & heal & hopefully be pain free!!!

Thanks to all of you....we've sailed from there 6 times & none of them have been much fun --- trying to get a positive spin on the port for our next cruise in December.

Was the line outside or inside?

When you are 4* & boarding in San Diego, is there a special line (either outside or inside the building) to get into? When we boarded in 2023, we weren't 4* but were booked in a Neptune.....we were in the mob in the building where nobody asked what our status was...noticed some people just walked right up to the check-in booths....what was their status? I guess basically I'm asking how to avoid the mob.....TIA.

Thanks for the replies....I'm waiting for more & waiting to hear from our PCC to see if things will transfer along with the new offer.... Liked the space of the Neptune suite & really liked CO on the K. Can't remember our experience on the Z except it wasn't unfavorable. The only smaller ship I didn't like was the Eurodam.

I'd try the sandwich if somebody made it for me -- I'm not into 2 hours of prep work for a sandwich.

We really liked the K with CO on our 35 day cruise in 2023 & have it booked for a December cruise BUT...I found a Caribbean cruise on the Volendam & am having a hard time thinking about going back to a smaller ship without a separate CO....see my signature for the ships we've been on & convince me which one I'd like better, please. TIA.

Yes, we upgraded to a Neptune & the laundry & CO that we prepaid were both refunded. ENJOY!
