I got a call this morning from one of my doctors.My wife answered the phone and he said “May I speak to Leonard”.I thought he was calling your cat.

I have been on 10 RCI cruises,4 different ships.I too believe that Sorrento’s on the Anthem is the best.

Very good .I find it very interesting that there is a guy who posts on CC who always says that he does not like Sorrento’s but he and I have been on several of the same cruises and no matter what time I am there so is he .I have at most 2 slices a day while he has trays of the pizza that he consumes.

People who post on another CC thread think I am crazy for saying that I love Sorrento’s.

Finally,somebody beside me saying that Sorrento’s is great

My father died on this date 42 years ago.I remember the day as if it was yesterday.

We have been married 56 years but know each other 61 years.

Similiar to my post 'about 10 years ago my wife and I were going to dinner one night with neighbors .They drove to an area that was quite seedy and parked the car.We went into a building that had an elevator in the lobby and went down one flight.It was a restaurant where the Waiters all wore tuxedos.The food was served on fine china .Our dinner was quite expensive .The food delicious.

I was not physically able to go to the funeral yesterday .Today as soon as I saw his wife I began to cry.I could not hold it in.She told people who were there who did not know me and Mike and I were very close friends.His wife is dealing with too many medical issues.She had a stroke last month and she has a chronic heart condition. My daughters were very close to Mike .He came to our family parties.My older daughter just returned tonight from visiting my granddaughter at college.I just told her and she did not take the news well. Toby told our other daughter yesterday.

We took a bus from NY to LA We spent several days in Southern California Then took a bus to SF ,toured SF and Sausalito Then took a bus back to NY

The vacation consisted of going by bus to LA then by bus to SF ,then back to LA and back to NY was 3 weeks.I enjoyed it .My wife said never again.

Something that you might find interesting .In the mid 90’s my wife and I went to dinner with friends in a rather unusual Manhattan restaurant.It was located on W.72 St near Columbus Ave.We entered into a small hotel,took an elevator one floor down and there was a pirate ship.We had to walk on a plank to enter .The Waitstaff dressed as Pirates sat us .Dinner for the of us ,entrees and coffees was quite costly but it was a fun experience.

I went to my late friend Mikes house today for a Shiva Call .Several of those who were there went to the same HS as your BIL(C) at the time he was there (Shiva Call is usually at the home of a deceased person where friends and relatives gather to discuss their memories of the deceased).

My friend Alan’s family (cousins) owned the Nevele at one time .There was a recording studio at the hotel.Tony Bennet recorded several of his hit songs in the mid 50’s there.
