A friend of mine bet an obscene amount of money on the Eagles called me when the Chiefs were winning to tell me how he was going to spend his winnings.I was watching Inside Man ,the Netflix series which was great.

It probably seems strange that I am telling a physician my remedies for an ailment,however,I have not had a cold in 5 years.A guy who I used to exercise with one day told me that he takes a teaspoon of something once a day and his wife twice a day that had resulted in both of them never getting colds.It is manufactured in Italy but the company has a Distributor in North Carolina and it is available at a store in LI.I bought a bottle ,3.4 ounces for $23.00.The product is Gaia Elderberry Syrup. In 1972 my friend Rosanna who I have known since she arrived from Italy with her family at age 16 told me that she had a remedy for a cold that I tried and as a result I had very few colds .Her remedy is juice from a lemon ,1/2 cup warm water,3 tablespoons of honey,a pinch of salt and drink very quickly.

David Tennant the star of Broadchurch is in a new Netflix series that just started to air called Inside Man.It was very highly recommended to me .I just began watching it today.

I just got a call that my 14 year old granddaughter has Covid.She and her family have plans for a mini vacation starting Friday.

We took an organized tour of the Inner Harbor .The day of the party included a baseball game at Camden Yards. The next day we toured a good portion of Baltimore and the following day we drove to the Naval Academy .That was in 2014.

Even though I do not watch the Super Bowl I do tend to root for a team.This year it is a bit of a problem because I have relatives in Kansas City and know people from the Philly area. Our friends who have the house on LBI both grew up in Philly suburbs.

My SIL Eric grew up in a suburb of Baltimore.We were invited to his mother’s retirement party at an Inner Harbor restaurant on a Saturday for lunch.Since we had not been in Baltimore for 35 years and it was a 7 hour drive we decided to make it a long weekend and enjoy the inner harbor restaurants.
