The ship decor was boring. Also the shop that they had a mannequin wearing an old ladies dress that looked like a housecoat. Pretty bad for a store. We are looking at October 8 2023 San Diego to Sydney and not sure if we will be happy. Just got off Island Princess and food, coffee and entertainment was horrible. Also when we were on Noordam there was no-one out past 10 o'clock cause there was no music of any type Thank you for your he!p

We just dealt with this . I did get my flights reinstated but not as good seats that we had. Never used ez air and don't think I will again

The staff is new and they are shorthanded . The food is not like before but we were on royal last October and food was horrible. I think if we choose to go we need to know that things will be very different.

Norway is absolutely gorgeous. Did 2 cruises and each was 14 days. Only repeat was Bergen which we loved their market. Going again but 3 new stops and also Iceland and Scotland. Every place in Norway has amazing scenery. On TBE Constellation we skipped dinner in MDR and ate in buffet to be able to enjoy hours of fjords. We felt right next to it. Was the best decision. Norway is expensive but worthwhile.

I think we are all tired and frustrated. I will be cruising soon and I just wish princess would of kept capacity down. I was on regal in march and capacity was down as well as covid cases. All cruise lines are now booking 80%- 90%. In the rush to make back their money lost during lockdown they are creating a mess. MSC is making crew wear masks and shields which I felt was great. I felt safe. Even their MDR tables were separated and capacity was at 75%. Yes we have to get use to the risks but passengers need to also be responsible. Do unto others as you would want others to do to you.

I am booked on scenic in August. I did take their free flights but cannot do transport because we are coming in 3 days ear!ier. I even asked can I meet back at airport or hotel they use and was told no. Zurich to Basel is expensive transport 😫

It seems that the cases are going up and princess once again cannot handle things. I know Island Princess having lots of cases. What about other ships? Do they not have a plan to keep the passengers informed? Quarantined passengers are not being told anything. Hope someone starts straightening things or they will be losing passengers in the future.
