  1. Just charge your casino charges to your rooms d sny OBC will work as a credit
  2. I believe it is 2 per day and hard to believe there are not sugar overdoses
  3. Wearing a lanyard in ports just screams”pick my pocket “. Just my opinion
  4. The lanyard and holder both get thrown sway on delivery. You really don’t need anything but some folks want clips to attach to bags etc. The bartenders and waiters plus your door can read it from many feet away
  5. Since we sail mostly grand class and find sky suites on the big ships well over our price point. Love the suites but there are limits and don’t ever plan on the Sun after friends gave us their take. We like Royal class but love Grand class
  6. We have 63 cruises we probably stopped going early after 40 or so. Waiting on the cold up chairs leaves a lot to be desired We cruise about 60-70 days a year on 11-21 day cruises. Lots of time for MDR lunches
  7. It is also possible that there might be maintenance issues. They might not want to put a paying passenger there but might use it for a guest entertainer
  8. Of course you cabin will probably not be ready
  9. You mean like those who fill the plate to the brim with a bunch of different dishes and then throw out most if it. Really bothers me just like when room service pizza was free and zi would see stacks of uneaten pizzas with one slice on in the hallways
  10. We rarely board prior to 1:00 by then the rush to be the first on is over and we can just stroll through. We like to have a late breakfast/early lunch at one of our favorite restaurants and avoid all the crowds
  11. Even in a full suite you only have a coffee table unless you are in an Owners suite. The d2 times I was quarantined it really was not all that comfortable
  12. Free specialty dinner on embarkation night, Reserve dining area with walk up no wait and an extra dish not on the MDR regular menu, free mini bar seat up , Suites only breakfast area every morning. WiFi and drink packages are an add on
  13. Most penthouse balconies we have had 4 chairs around the table. You can ask for an extra lounger but if thee is one available it might get a little crowded if you want them next to each other
  14. There is a mailing fee of $10 if you do not have a package this is for the medallion we throw the lanyard away. You can always pick it up at the pier at no charge
  15. Desirable locations are really person likes or dislikes. We do not like midship cabins and always sail aft if we can. Not everyone feels that way. I will say that in 63 cruises with Princess we have never had our cabin chsnged
  16. Just off the Grand no 18% on embarkation suite perk but on the one we paid for the 18% was added to the standard fee. We do not rebook SD’s but just book through suite concierges or suite breakfast managers. Of course it does help that we are not people who want to eat rarly
  17. In other words you pay taxes in the tips but you still make minimum wage at a minimum.
  18. This has been going on for quite awhile. They are also the vendors who run future cruise sales in board ships. I get a call about twice a year and since I know it is not my CVP immediately as if they are from Promotions and then say no thanks. I should note that caller ID does not say Princess but does show as a Santa Clarita number
  19. Princess Promotions is a third party vendor they have access to Princess records as a contracted. The push these strange hotel packages that are not as described. I would get everything in writing read it twice and then say no
  20. I think that is probably a question for guest services unless some here has experience with this
  21. Not every table is actually reserved in advance. Yes it is pay as I go after embarkation day. We almost always go to Sabatini’s on embarkation day The manager of suite breakfast also run the Crown Grille (at least on all Grand class ships I have been on since the restart). They generally tell me to see them if I need any help getting into Crown. Even when the dine line has nothing they can almost always find me a table as long as I am willing to eat a fry 7:30 or 8:00
  22. On all of my cruises since the pandemic every manager at the suite only breakfast venues has told me not to worry about reservations they would find a way to squeeze me in same for suite concierges on Royal class ships
  23. You may want to check your cruise on the Princess app. I don’t have a child but I do see on my cruises an option for parental controls which allows you to link a child under 18 for controls. Not sure exactly what you can control but it might be worth checking out
  24. In order to fulfill he demand and the demands from suite passengers I would believe that they would have to limit the amount of those packages
  25. I have had one for years and I really don’t recall how I acquired mine. There is a CVP department at Princess Cruises just stay away from the so called Promotions group they do not work for Princess and will try and push an expensive hotel package
