  1. Nothing seems consistent lately, it’s getting to be ridiculous. The casino dept needs help or a change because they are a mess lately.
  2. Thanks everyone. I realize I get the money back I was just hoping to use the money that princess was already holding. Holland America is so much easier to work with and Princess has really been a struggle lately.
  3. Hi All! Has anyone had issues using a Future Cruise Deposit for a casino offer? Just to be clear the Future Cruise Deposit you put down while on board for future cruises, Not FCC I just tried booking an offer using the money I already put down for a deposit and was told I needed to provide another form of payment. FCD were no longer being accepted for casino offers?! Seems strange to me since it is my money that Princess is already holding for well....FUTURE CRUISE DEPOSITS I was just curious if anyone else has run into this issue or if anyone has any written information that reflects this. Thanks! J
  4. I prefer Capri but that one because of location seems to fill up first. If you book each date individually you may have better luck
  5. You can get shareholder on Princess, I have 6 free casino cabins booked through summer 2023 and received shareholder for all of them. **Holland America does not offer Shareholder on free casino cruises
  6. All lines are different so you can’t apply the rules for one brand to another, not even Carnival, Princess and Holland.
  7. Other offers usually follow through email or post at random. Keep an eye out
  8. Most likely you will receive more offers in the future now that you’re in the system.
  9. The dining room and buffet are not the same as the original pub lunch offered.
  10. The veggie burger is a joke but has anyone had the Quinoa burger?
  11. your room steward may offer that info, just be aware
  12. The cruise line are offering FCC for your daily costs when put into isolation. Holland America gave a letter stating this.
  13. Wow! You are correct! I’ll stop counting now. Alcoholic drinks are limited to 15 beverages per 24-hour period (6 a.m. to 6 a.m.). Alcoholic drinks requested above the daily limits are at the discretion of the shipboard management and crew and charged at regular menu prices. Non-alcoholic drinks do NOT have this limitation, nor do they count toward this maximum.
  14. 15 isn’t as many as it sounds since it includes bottled water, specialty coffee or tea and soda. I haven’t made it to 15 but I have come close.
  15. Maybe since the early sailings after the Pandemic they are more vigilant. January it was used for tips and casino as well as May. I’m sure a tightening is coming if it hasn't already.
  16. Just for perspective, I watch a Vlog from a Royal Caribbean performer and she tested positive for Covid. She was isolated and even though she reminded them she was a vegetarian they still brought meat options and one night they forgot dinner completely. My parents had a similar experience on Holland America where they forgot to deliver food and even Tylenol. Seems it’s an issue all over. I vote that isolation goes away with testing.
  17. The same was the case for Holland America this summer.
  18. The price has gone up on an Alaska cruise I was watching but I still need to do the math on the extras to see if I come out ahead.. It may just average out to a free drink pkg which is still a win for me.
  19. Can you not select a shared table in the App? It was an option in the past has that changed?
  20. I used imessage and Facetime on 3 different Princess ships this year.
