  1. YAY!!! The Wildra Fan Club rejoices for another segment of her travel reviews! These are the absolute best, you literally make me laugh out loud sometimes.
  2. Thank you for the replies! @jamielogical, yes my mom is in my stateroom, so that is good to know!
  3. Hello! I did not realize that I will actually be diamond level on my next MSC cruise. Whoo hoo! I see that one of the perks is a complimentary specialty restaurant "tasting menu" meal, and I have a few questions if those of you that have experience do not mind answering. 1. I see it says per stateroom....so my mom will be Gold level on the next cruise, am I able to take her with me, or am I the only one that gets the complimentary meal? 2. Is this a one time only benefit, or is it for each voyage we sail with MSC? 3. What is the "tasting menu"? Does anyone have any pics of it? Is it just Butcher's Cut and Ocean Cay, or are other restaurants also available? Thanks for any assistance/info you can offer!
  4. You have a fan club, don't you know that you MUST appease the fans? 😜
  5. Ohhhh I will be following along, thanks for posting the link!
  6. Thanks for the review! I sail Seashore later this year so I am soaking up all the reviews I can about her.
  7. I have so enjoyed reading your trip report, thanks for taking the time to do it! I sail World America next year, and have been feeling apprehensive about it due to the size, but after reading your review I feel better. Hopefully it will be just as great as World Europa!
  8. Absolutely book the itinerary with more time at OC....it was the highlight of my cruise last year! I think it is now my favorite private island.
  9. I loved Italian night on my Seaside cruise last year, it was so good! I can't remember off the top of my head what night it was, I think it was one of the last nights onboard. It's probably in my review which night it was, but I am too lazy right now to go check lol.
  10. Glad you had a good first MSC cruise and enjoyed yourselves! I agree, after sailing Seaside last August in YC it was a bit of an adjustment to go 3 weeks later back to "gen pop" on Carnival on the Mardi Gras! The spoiling we experienced in the YC left us feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I cannot wait for my husband to experience it later this year, I think he may change favorite cruise lines!
  11. Loving this review. Thank you for taking time out of your vacation to do it!
  12. Ah, the butter chicken was mine and my mom's favorite entree on our Seaside cruise last year. It was cooked perfect and the flavor was great!
  13. Thanks for taking the time to do this! We sail Seashore later this year, so I’m following along with lots of interest.
  14. I would love a review! We sail Seashore in the YC in September, and I love reading reviews on ships I am going to be sailing. 🙂
  15. I'm using Microsoft Edge and cannot get in, but I do not get any error message....it logs me in, says at the top "Hi Stephanie, your next cruise is in 131 days" and that is it. No options to go make a payment, manage the cruise, nothing. I will try Safari when I get home and see if that helps, but I am a little annoyed....I wanted to go pay off a cruise, but I guess they don't want my money. 🤷‍♀️
  16. Thanks for the review! We sailed Paradise back in January 2020 and it was nice to be on a smaller ship for a change. I really enjoyed her.
  17. HAHA you sound like me and my mom when we did our first YC cruise last year. We were fish out of water, not used to all the pampering we received! It was amazing, I cannot wait to experience it again. Thanks for the review!
  18. I agree, the Emeril additions to the menu are great!!
  19. I’m jealous of your B2B! The Havana cabins and area are the best :) She really is! And yes, itty bitty! She is such a sweetie.
  20. We ended dinner about 9:30, and since we had an early meetup (6:30 in the deck 3 dining room) we called it a night. Debarkation this morning was a bit late. We got to the MDR about 6:20 and sat down with the family. And sat. And sat. We were still sailing in, and didn’t get to our terminal until about 7:20. Once we were cleared tho the process went smoothly. We were off the ship walking to our car by 8:05, and are now headed home.
