Last month on Caribbean Princess there were bar charges 3 different times on our account that we did not make. I went to guest services and they removed all of them but it was a waste of my time.

I can't justify paying $700-$800 pp more for a Premier or Elite. Other offers are much cheaper for the same cabin and date lately.

I have found it depends on who you talk to in casino dept. I don't usually get comped cruises but on reduced price cruises I have used FCDs, been denied using them, and they have mistakenly used 2 each for deposit and once they charged my credit card for entire price of cruise that was 7mos away. They have some serious deficiencies in the casino department. Thanks to Fernando I finally got my cruises sorted out and refunded on overcharges.

We are considering adding Plus to our Dec. sailing but I had already added and paid for WIFI. Can it be cancelled and refunded since it is included in the Princess Plus pkg? Can't see a cancel option on the medallion.

I sure hope we can use it for anything. Will be watching for somebody to report back when it is used onboard.
