I had a similar problem in July booking a Feb 2023 casino cruise. Confirmation was wrong price, freeplay amount wrong, and credit card was charged for full amount of cruise. When I called back lady said she needed to cancel it and rebook. She did rebook correct price and freeplay amount but made me pay $500 deposit. She said amount charged to my card the previous day would be refunded to card within 7-10 days. Finally received part of refund 43 days after charged (and several phone calls to casino) and I am still owed $400. Have phoned and left msgs for Fernando, Carlos, Sandra, and Susan and have received no calls back. Very frustrating when Princess service used to be so good. I am hesitant to book some cruises I would like in 2023 until they can correct their error and return some calls.
