Had no issues simply changing my password (by one upping number only) with online website. Waited until now to check the app (since there was so many issues reported). Used the new password I had entered on the website. The app then told me I had to do a mandatory update, which I did. No issues at all now with either app or website. Guess I got lucky. 😬

Don't you think that poster could have stated that comment (which was quoted to and was aimed at me) as more of a general statement? Something like "Pinnacles not in a suite do not receive free drinks in the SL". That would have been more to the point, stating the obvious. But pointing the finger at me as "YOU no longer get free drinks in the SL". Yes, I probably over reacted, you are right. I just get tired of so many that think anyone wearing a Pinnacle badge is taking over "their" Suites Lounge. They are the ones assuming that those Pinnacles are not suite's pax. In actuality, I am in your camp. I would like to see the Suite's Lounge and CK be exclusively for GS pax and above. (Flame suite adjusted here), but I don't make the rules...RCI does. This thread is titled as a GS topic. The conversations many of us were having was of being in a GS, and still getting charged our C&A vouchers during happy hour in SL/CK. Which is not right.

Totally agree there....our 3 week European Sojourn last year was fantastic. One (if not the) best cruises I have ever done...for exactly the reasons you stated. But...that being said...our next Viking cruises are on ocean, and Exp. ships and really looking forward to the itineraries. Mixing it up, but will always have fond memories of our time on the river. 🙂

OK...obviously you know it all, and think you especially know me. Good luck with that one. So let me clue you in. This Pinnacle sails in GS as a favorite cabin. And this Pinnacle that is staying in a suite has always been served the happy hour full alcohol drinks, and superior wine choices from 5-8 anywhere in the SL or CK (yes at the table) unlimited and complimentary. The letter from the SL concierge spells it out...yes...written on paper. Now...would you like to step back and reconsider that attitude just a bit?

LOL....though the so called "exciting new and improved" announcements.....have not had a great track record on much of anything. (Though two things that were new and improved that I loved was when they came out with the drink vouchers, and the new muster drill set up). Everything else....eh...IMHO pretty much just cost cutting/exciting for them. 😉

Costa Maya used to be just a little hole in the wall when the ships started going there. Absolutely nothing there. Would grab a taxi to go to Mahahual just to walk around, spend some time on the beach, and have lunch. Now...they have put in the mega tourist village, and are still adding on to the back of it. Most times we are only there half a day. Simple walk around, see the birds via the rope walkways, back to the ship for lunch. In the past we have indeed gone to Maya Chan...loved it, but been there, done that...too many times. And the two track road out to it will give your kidneys some grief! 😮 We also did cooking classes in Mahahual with a beautiful couple that hosted in their home (but they have since closed down). We always get creative at all the ports.....just have to have an open mind. 😉

No...it will let you know what you need as far as total characters (I think total of eight?.....not sure). I just used all lower case and one number. I used the same password, except changed up the single number by one up. No characters or upper/lower case combo needed.

OK...not the app for me...but the website accessing online with the lap top. Yup, password not working. Quick change out to new password, done deal. RCI IT department doing their best. 😄

Thanks! I actually ended up with two of them. I gave the second one to our favorite bartender in the Concierge Lounge on Serenade. He was thrilled to get it. Probably going to be a collectors item, since I doubt RCI will do another WC. 😉
