  1. The concierge is actually part of the guest services team and has been extremely helpful in getting refunds, FCC's and OBC for less than stellar service or issues on board.
  2. Since one original name will remain on each booking there is no need to cancel a booking. Just call royal snd put the correct names on each booking. Since there is no longer a D in the room the balcony discount will drop off.
  3. There is no Nov. 11 voyage. There is a 4 night Trade event from Nov 9 to the 13th then the first scheduled sailing on the 13th for paying guests
  4. My bad, just assumed it ended on Sunday. Gets them an extra day. I am assuming that they will want everything open and shiny for the Trade Event sailing
  5. A letter to MB's office may yield an FCC towards a future cruise
  6. In this case they have 3 days as she sails empty from Florida to Galveston. passengers depart Sunday Moring and then new passengers board on Wednesday for the 4 day trade event sailing. Regular sailings start at the conclusion of the Trade event.
  7. Yes, check in times are fleetwide. Check in on line the day they open and get an early time. Yes. On the app for both
  8. You gather wrong. I just went in and was able to find multiple cabins on multiple sailings of the Icon for a solo in a balcony
  9. It can vary sailing to sailing and even bar to bar on the same ship.
  10. Look on the app and select the current sailing
  11. On Oasis and Quantum class where reservations are required you have to wait until you board to make reservations through the app.
  12. You wont need to book a thing for your Feb cruise since its on Adventure. No reservations required with possibly the excveption of the ice show.
  13. MTD can make reservations through the cruise planner ahead of time. Note that MTD has changed recently and the earliest seating you will be able to get either in advance or on board is about 6:45. If you want earlier than that I suggest signing up for early traditional dining. Show reservations are now made on board
  14. With Royal you can move any stateroom/occupancy into the group to pick up the group amenities without having to relinquish any of your staterooms. Any of those staterooms that are either 3/4 occupancy or staterooms that are not offered in groups by Royal can not take advantage of group rates, the only thing they gain is the group amenity. When I am giving examples it is for Royal only and not the rest of the industry since every line is different.
  15. You are in full penalty phase. Any cancellation now is a 100% loss of your cruise fare. It is doubtful that Royal will let you reschedule.
  16. You will get FCC's for the cancel for any reason. They cannot be used on board, only to book or pay for a cruise
  17. Suites rarely get to take advantage of the balcony discount. The instant savings or OBC offers for suites are usually greater than the $250 balcony discount
  18. We had an Oceanview for 4 on Serenade and it was 2 Pullmans and a king that could be split into two twins.
  19. Royals 1-800 numbers typically only work from North America
  20. OP is in Singapore/Spain. I don't think they can call
  21. There usually is but it looks like there is a glitch in your planner
