  1. Every cabin on Oasis has a small cooler. Only a few of the Vision class ships in Insides and possibly OV do not have the coolers

  3. Not sure why she can't just send you the guest copy of Royals invoice. It literally takes less time than doing a screenshot.
  4. In that case, I would also cut her some slack.
  5. no reason a TA should take a couple of days to send the invoices, it's all instantaneous.
  6. I won't disagree that there are agents that definitely need a bit more training. I run into that and I get agents that have a lot more experience than the general call center. You can definitely fight city hall, it's just how much time and effort you have to put in to win the fight.
  7. Hopefully the new system where everything is fully integrated will solve more issues that it creates. The problem now is they are running multiple old legacy systems that were never designed to work together and it creates lots of issues. Some still aren't live and rely upon nightly updates to sync different systems.
  8. Don't read too much into it and come up with conspiracy theories. As stated before it is simply a matter of a very outdated IT system that was never designed to handle some of the things they are now doing. Unfortunately it will not be until 2028 when the new system launches.
  9. At the end of the day it depends on the agent you get. I had one yesterday who tried to tell me that November and early December sailings did not qualify. Read her the line from the C&A benefits page and asked her to contact another resolutions specialist who knew what they were doing. The first one was simply going by the coding (or lack thereof) in the system not knowing that it just had not been loaded. Although every group rate has to be manually applied it is in a way easier than dealing with agents to get it applied to non group bookings.
  10. If you modify the booking to one person to get the double points Royal will not provide you the letter for the insurance company. You need to decide whether the double points are worth not filing the claim.
  11. No, not even thr deposit. Since you see the charge it looks like it has been paid.
  12. Except today when Royals system is so screwed up that its taking them 4-6 hours to get invoices out.
  13. I have never heard of Royal sending a guest a copy of the invoice after payments have been made. I am also a TA. It is the TA's responsibility to send the guest the invoices
  14. Exceptions are still made, particularly if they have a waitlist for the excursion
  15. This isn't on the website. This is the confirmation that gets e mailed out
  16. Roydl used to be that way but changed and now MTD does not start until later as thry use all dining rooms for early 5pm seating.
  17. My time fining starts at about 6:30 or 6:45 depending on the ship.
  18. FYI Changing names will not affect any cruise planner purchases that may have been done. Your sons name would just replace your husbands on those.
  19. Unfortunately that won't work as it then interrupts guests scheduled after you. I would just go somewhere else to eat those other nights or switch to MTD and eat at 6:30 / 6:45 every night
  20. Reservations for shows are only on the larger ships and for certain shows and are for all guests. It does not get you a specific seat, just admission to the venue, you still need to get there a bit early to get good seats. Without reservations you go to the standby line and get admitted 10 to 15 minutes prior to the show starting
