Not shaming anybody. There's two sides to the story and both sides need to be heard. It's cool either way, just stating how I handle it just like those that remove the auto's state how they handle it. It's a vacation, enjoy!

Yes, after rereading the posts, around six folks are considering removing the auto grats, but, how many "silent" folks, like me (until now, ha) will continue to leave the auto grats in place AND tip above and beyond the auto grats? Like I've stated on many of these tipping threads, I've collected quite a bit of singles when the cruise industry was shut down and I plan on giving those out to the crew members who didn't have an income during that time. Lastly, as I've stated before, I can't take it with me, and my son already has more money than me, so I'll take care of the crew that takes care of me.

Cancelled and rebooked Chops & Giovanni's lunches for our two upcoming cruises. Thanks Ken for the heads up, saved quite a bit.

Or, you can leave them in place, enjoy your cruise, and not think about it again. 😉

Keep in mind, the offer doesn't come out till after April 1st, 2024 if you made Prime in 2023. Usually by the 15th of April.

Haven't missed a Port in the last few years, but I remember always getting a refund and it put into OBC. Always seemed to be around $7pp. I do not remember missing a Port and not getting a few bucks back, always in OBC.

Was on Wonder beginning of this month. Had UDP. For us, enjoyed Chops & Giovanni's Kitchen the most. Gio's Filet was a bit better than Chops, but both were excellent. At Giovanni's, get a margarita pizza as an app and the filet as main course. Ask for Fernando in Chops as your waiter (Danjiel was the Maitre'D) and at Giovanni's ask for Renden as your waiter (Claudio is the Maitre'D). Tell them Mr. William (Bill) sent you.

My understanding is that they'll reprice the cruise. We do three or four casino comp cruises per year and once I couldn't go, so I called the casino line and they said if I cancel my part they will reprice just for my DW. We both had offers. They also said a no show would result in a reprice. You Mom's best bet is to call the casino folks and feel them out.

I miss the corona they used to put in my cabin, now I have to drink extra water. Yuck!

Mike, when you get on Allure, can you check casino for the “Hot Hits” slots? I know this has nothing to do with Crown Lounge, but Mike needs a chore. 😂

Loved the Diamond Event up in the VCL on the smaller ships! I remember listening to the Rosario Strings playing while drinking Appletini's made by Desmond. The Apps were so much better. Young Tyler loved when it was chicken wing night. Wow, long time ago, but great memories. Each cruise, from Sovereign to Majesty to Monarch the Diamond Event was our favorite HH. I remember seeing the same guy at each HH, Lord Timothy I believe was his name....

Hi Pat! Eventually I’ll get my Bucky Hug. 😁 We have an Allure in Dec & Mariner in April. Less cruising as I get closer to retirement. Non stop cruising after that. 😂

We were on the 10/01 Wonder sailing. Casino packed during sea days & nights, DL (at the time) was hardly filled during the day. We're well over 340 points, so no effect on us.

We're on Allure in December and Mariner in April.

Just off the Wonder this past Sunday. No green tomatoes. Had to have fried "red" tomatoes. Just not the same......ugh

Free drinks have been really nice. 😂 Those and the D+ ones keep us smiling all week.

You have to play a lot. We each got 6500 points which equates to balcony or JS plus $750 free play. Probably 125 cruises to choose from between Nov ‘23 through September’24.

In between apps & main. Still had a couple slices when the filet came. Still finished it all. 😂 The Country Band is playing under the big hat on the Promenade. Ms Dee can dance!! 😁
