most all the kids in teen groups are in port I know in the younger camps 2-11 they ask if you are onboard to take your kids. I dont think that applied to the teen groups But that it the time to use pools, slides etc with little crowds

we used pool noodles under the sheets. The upper bed has a railing but we put pillows there once she went to sleep. Strollers espeically at night time decl3 for after dinner and let them run around out there. Hardly any one is there and they can go no where-- let them burn off that energy from dinner time Milk is at the lido buffet- take enough cartons to get you through the day- replenish the next day. Fridge is a cooler not a refrigerator so milk may spoil utilize the camp for an hour in the morning /;afternoon maybe after dinner for the 2 year old

After seeing some pictures posted from the transatlantic cruise I must say I get very excited

would you know if the buffet area has the same lunch menu as the MDR (I just cant see me doing dining room with 5 kids for lunch AND dinner. the attention span just is not there

door slamming happens a lot on every cruise- People should just hold that door to close- (especially if the cabin door is opened =-it created a wind tunnel in the room and SLAM goes that door Its very nerve wracking

We used to be aft snobs and never was able to get lounge chairs for the aft balcony. (not even on the L shaped bowling alley balcony. Even looking at pictures there does not seem to be a lot of lounge chairs on the venezia

We had three cabins on magic. Two connecting coves. And inside directly across the hall. I think carnival Shoukd have placed magic people before they opened Venezia for bookings. It took us three months to be place We had one in the front. One in the back And the teens on a completely different deck Which I found hysterical as you can’t book a cabin if you are under 21. It took another 4/5 weeks to fix the mess

Staff gets to keep all tips. If paid in hand or through auto grats taking out of your account. The staff turns it in to go into their accounts. They do not pool the tips. The only staff that gets pooled tips are those who work the lido deck. These may be your dining room wait staff or people learning the ropes. Sorry John heald I believe that many people take their tips off and pay nothing. Just look at the line at guest services the last night

if you are an even # cabin you are good if an odd number could be noisy depending on the location.

camps are not opened the first night. They do not do any swimming as that is a safety issue, No food or drink allowed in the camps Water is provided You will be given an activities sheet. these are done in 30 min intervals., Pick and chose what you want to do, Camps are closed for lunch (i dont remember the time-- and it opens about 2 dinner is closed from 5pm til 7pm and it becomes paid at 10pm
