Wondering if we need to purchase tickets for the hop on hop off bus in Genoa ahead of time or is there a place to purchase tickets at the pier. I asked on the Italian port boards but never got an answer.

Signature venues are Venchi 1878 establishments, Lavazza Coffee Shop, and Jean Philippe chocolate, coffee, crepes & gelato. It can be used in our bars, buffet, main restaurant and specialty restaurants.

My cruise documents originally said late dining with no time. Then time was 9:30. Way too late. I spoke to someone and they said 9:30 was not the correct time. Now my documents say no time or even late dining. Haha. I have never seen such a mess. Right now my family of 6 has no idea when we are eating.

Does anyone know where I can get a taxi schedule for cruise port in Marseille? We have an excursion scheduled for 9:30 and have no idea how long it will take us to get to the old port. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We are looking to do the hoho bus in Genoa. Do we need to purchase tickets ahead of time or can we purchase them at the port?

We are curious as to how long it takes from the cruise port to the old port in Marseille? We have an excursion booked for 9:30. Not sure if it would be better to take a taxi instead of the cruise shuttle. Also the excursion is on the opposite side of the old port from the cruise port. We dont know where the shuttle drops us off.

I am booked. And yes it does say I can purchase. I went to do a mock purchase and stopped because it wasn’t telling me the price until I purchased it. It’s for my family of 6 and we all wanted to know what the price was first. The restaurants can not be for the same price. Has anyone on here purchased the exact restaurant they want before cruising and know what the price would be.

Where would I find prices for the specialty restaurants? I find MSC’s website to be practically useless. There is plenty of info on the restaurants except for the price. We want to reserve a restaurant for one evening to celebrate a special occasion.

We will be spending a few days in Barcelona before our cruise. Where would be the best place to exchange dollars for euros? I have read that the airport is not the best place. Also was thinking about possibly getting euros from my bank before flight. I know you seasoned travelers will help me out.

My 22 year old grandson will be traveling with us and he’s a big eater. Will he be able to ask for a 2nd entree? I know this is allowed on other cruise lines and I assumed it was on MSC but I know not to assume anything

We are sailing the World Europa in May. Because it’s new we have nothing to go on yet. Right now it’s being used as a hotel in Qatar during the World Cup.

I called MSC and inquired about the dining hours. Answer was early seating is 5:15-7:30. Late seating is 7:45-9:30. There is no 9:30 seating. I have cautiously accepted this answer until we get on board and go check on this ourselves.

When we originally booked our Mediterranean cruise we picked late seating for dinner which was 7:45. It is now 9:30. Are there 3 seatings for Mediterranean cruises? 9:30 is way too late for us.

The $50 obc shows up on my booking confirmation. Are you saying that even though its confirmed on my booking papers doesn’t mean I will get it when I get on the ship?
