  1. My point was that they are no longer listed on Princess.com. If you're new to suites and don't get something that experience suite cruisers expect, you won't know what to ask for. On our very first suite on Discovery, I brought the list with me. Boy, did I need it!! Our disaster of a steward had to be shown the list in order to get anything that is usually provided. Even with the list, we never had fresh flowers and a couple of other things that I requested and just got a shrug. His end of trip tip reflected his caring attitude.
  2. If you don't "play" a little before you cash out, you could be barred from using the slots. It has happened.
  3. If you sail on Princess again...try the embarkation day lunch in the MDR. The hours are short (it closes at 1:30?), but really worth it for the quiet atmosphere. Don't ask a crew member for directions, they lie and tell you "buffet only". It's usually in the deck 6 MDR. You can just wander around to all the MDRs or check the Patter. If you haven't been to your cabin yet, you can get a Patter at Guest Svcs.
  4. Talk to a CVP...even if you've never used one before. They can straighten all kinds of issues.
  5. So true. We masked all the time...everywhere, except while we were eating in the MDR. Still got it.
  6. Someone recently posted that there is a form to complete. Have your friend contact a TA (if using one) or get in touch with a CVP. The CVP that I use got my business by doing me a favor that the call center couldn't/wouldn't fix. He helps me with issues that have nothing to do with the cruises that I have booked, i.e. the app showing that I'm a newbie or uses DH's middle name for me. He fixed, no prob.
  7. You can also use: hello@stockperks.com For now.
  8. Use email: hello@stockperks.com
  9. Used to be able to trade for a coffee card (package). That went away. When you don't drink alcohol or soda (at least the ones on offer) and consider tap water acceptable... We have a shelf that has too much bottled water and another shelf with tiny bottles of booze. Don't need any more.
  10. I'm more disappointed by what is (apparently) no longer part of the suite benefits: daily water? fresh flowers? fruit basket? Among others. The list on Princess is pared down to very basic extras. If you're Elite, you already get several of them. A bigger cabin and Sabatini's breakfast is nice, tho'.
  11. We usually book Aloha deck aft and never really noticed movement.
  12. I asked my CVP and he said "no". I'm guessing it would be the same for TAs.
  13. I haven't been on a cruise since just after the restart. At the time, there basically no supplies (nail files, lotion, swabs, etc). Is this still the case? No more "goodies" (like the chocolates on the pillow)?
  14. It's worth noting that Mini Suites don't get any of the special perks that the Suites get. Your wording above makes it sound like you're expecting some. Also, Princess really doesn't have any way to pay for special perks. Want early boarding? Book a cabin category that has that as a benefit (altho' as @skynight pointed out) it's kind of moot with the medallion.
  15. Good reviews for this coffee on Amazon, but costs way more than 30 dollars. Maybe, the bag was surrounding a different coffee bean? Rip off products are common when the seller knows you won't likely be around to complain.
  16. We were in the same cabin on Discovery. As pointed out by @dides the slope is in the bedroom. It really isn't an issue. There are cabinets under the window that keeps you from getting so close to the window that you could bump into it. Note that the balcony is really, really skinny. Long, but skinny.
  17. We're in the same situation right now. We cruise at the end of this month and have already booked a cruise for 2026 without a FCD. We use a CVP on occasion. I asked him if we could apply newly purchased FCDs to the 2026 cruise. He stated that he would "protect" the cabin that we chose and apply the FCD. The only problem would be if the price has gone up. We'll have to pay the increased price. Not real worried about that, since the cruise is so far out.
  18. Is that a thing on cruise ships? I would guess that all the cutting was done before you ever sit down at your table.
  19. Yeah...I'm excited NOT. We have a 54-day cruise booked in '26. Same menu every day on 7, 10, 15 day cruise...OK. But, 54 days? ☹️
