I listened to it today and got interrupted by my hubby. I didn’t see a way to pause it so I put it on mute for a few minutes. I missed the part about offering a webinar or something in a more intimate setting? Does anyone know what this was? Also, they went through some b2b2b options at the end where minimal ports were repeated. I saw the last 2 with Equinox and Millennium. Was there one with the E class ships and which month? I’d like to check into the options. I just don’t want to listen to the whole recording again.

It was $9100 total for 2 people in Aqua Suite so we get amenities of Aqua and Retreat. Based on other posts we could have gotten it for Approx $8200 had we taken the non-refundable rate. The rates jumped significantly the next day.

How much was the Oct 2024 TA on Ascent for the Non refundable Suite? I can’t find the price in the prior posts. I got a good deal for a refundable rate at $9100 but I went back the next day to switch it to non refundable to save some money and it was too late. The rates went up significantly. I feel bad I chose the refundable rate. On another topic, I know these rates are very good based on current rates, but from past history is this a good rate for a TA and is it worth getting a suite?

Hi Jim. I stopped by Cruise Next desk and she said if I changed to a non refundable rate it would reprice at todays rate. My refundable rate went up 5k so I’ll stay with what I have for now. I probably should have went ahead yesterday with the non refundable rate.

Thank you! I’m trying to decide if it’s worth extra expense for the Aqua suite. I know we’d enjoy the thermal suite because not dependent on weather. I need to price the Aqua vs Aqua Suite vs Verandah. Right now we have a refundable rate for Aqua Suite for 9k and 1400 obc. I’ll also be monitoring prices to see if it comes down.

We love to relax. Hubby loves to work out. I need to work out, lol. Even when taking shorter 7-10 night cruises we choose to stay on board sometimes. We enjoy the evening entertainment. I’m wondering if it’s worth booking a suite when on a TA. We got a reasonable deal yesterday when booking an Aqua Suite but still kind of pricey. I love the retreat amenities on the E Class ships but we’ve only been on 7 nights sailings.

We’re onboard the Beyond and booked an Aqua Suite for the TA cruise below. It would be our 1st TA cruise and I need to do more research. I know weather is not predictable but we’d be disappointed if we had terrible weather and were not able to utilize the retreat deck and outside pools and hot tubs. I’d love to hear feedback from others who have taken a TA cruise. Did you enjoy it? What were the pro’s and con’s? Thank you so much!

If you cancel a NRD booking, do you get the deposit in form of a FCC or do you lose it? I’m going to stop by the future cruise desk to see if it’s too late to change to a NRD booking to save the $800. Have you cruise on TA cruises at this time of the year? This will be our first one and I’m hoping the weather would be nice enough to enjoy the outside pools.

I'll try tomorrow. It’s so far away so I’m not positive we’ll be able to take the cruise. Do you think it’s worth the risk of losing $200 to save $800 in case we can make this sailing? Have you ever taken a transatlantic at this time of the year? I’m hoping that we will have nice weather so we can utilize the outside pools.

I booked the refundable rate. It was a little higher but still looked like a good deal.

I selected fixed early dining time for our Dec 11th Beyond sailing. I just checked the 4 complimentary restaurants for our cruise and the only time available is 9:00 PM. We do not eat dinner that late. It’s frustrating.

My husband was in the Army for 5 years quite a few years ago. He was honorably discharged. Would he qualify for this discount or is it for active or retired service men and women only?

Thank you! I made a mistake in my post and I don’t think I can correct it now. We’re flying into FLL because it’s much cheaper. We’re flying in one day early. The 1st cruise leaves from Miami. I’m trying to decide which is better option since we’ll arrive in FLL at 6:00 PM and 1st cruise leaves from Miami. 1) Spend the night at a FLL hotel close to the airport. Then the next morning take SAS from the FLL airport to the port of Miami. OR 2) Take Uber/Taxi from FLL to Miami and stay at hotel near port of Miami. Then next the morning take Uber/Taxi to port of Miami. Thank you!

I was considering using SAS to go from FLL to Miami for our 1st cruise on the Oasis. We’re flying into FLL but the cruise leaves from Miami.

Hi, We are on the Oasis sailing leaving Sun, 11/27-12/4 from Miami. Then we are on the Beyond sailing leaving Sun 12/4-12/11 from Ft. Lauderdale. We are flying round trip from DTW to FLL because the price in points was double to fly into Miami. I ended up booking one way tickets DTW to FLL and FLL to DTW. If the prices go down for DTW to Miami then I’ll change this flight to be more convenient. These are my questions. I appreciate your feedback: 1). We are flying in 1 day early on 11/26 arriving at 6:00 PM in Miami. We could either take a taxi/uber to FLL and stay at a hotel closer to the FLL port or we could stay at a hotel close to Miami airport and then book the SAS on 11/27 directly to the Port of Miami. Which is the better option? 2). When we disembark the Oasis on Sun, 12/4 in Miami we need to get to FLL to board the Beyond. Should we take an uber/taxi or is there a better option? Thank you!
