What is the menu now--we have been sailing Celebrity for the last few years and know they have changed -- Do they still only serve a selection of drinks?

Do you mean the Diamond Lounge or the Concierge Lounge? Both serve the same drinks and appetizers. But there is no lounge called the Diamond Plus lounge. Diamond Plus members can currently use either lounge. Diamond members can only use the Diamond Lounge unless they are in a suite as well.

no such thing as a D+ lounge.

there is the D Lounge, which D+ also have access to

The Concierge Lounge that is for suites, Pinnacle and D+

and the new suite only lounge on the new ships

only the suite lounges serve food outside of canapes during cocktail hour and a small continental breakfast
