Empress Late-Night Snacks in Windjammer - What's on the menu?

Can someone on a recent Empress cruise tell me what's in the Windjammer late at night? Maybe Cuban? Is pizza offered? Thanks :)

The WJ is closed about 9:30 pm or so...there may be some dessert-type foods left out and the drink station is accessible sometimes. Other than that, it's smaller snack venues or room service for late night!

I just got off Empress on Sat and went to the late night Windjammer buffet. They had pizza, burgers, hot dogs, a nacho bar, pre-made sandwiches, cookies, cakes. They probably had more but that's what I noticed.

We're not going on Empress but this sounds wonderful! Love the option.

They do this on Empress because the only food venues are Windjammer, MDR, and Chops, so there is no Cafe Promenade or Sorrentos for late night service.
