Looking up a Charter list?

Is there a way to do this? To see if a specific group has chartered some or all of a specific sailing? My company is offering an incentive trip to Alaska in May 2019 on Ovation of the Seas. I'm wondering which sailing it is (RCCL website says either May 24 or May 31), and our corporate office hasn't released the exact dates yet. The specific ship has been named and appears in all their printed materials, so I know the departure point and itinerary. We also know everyone earning the trip will have a balcony cabin, so maybe which ever sailing has a whole bunch of "booked" or "blocked" balcony cabins?

Or, in the alternative, if someone here is a TA, can you look it up for me, pretty please? :-)

Best way I've found is to do an internet search using the full name of the ship and the sailing date in different formats.

What is the name of the company ?

Why not ask someone at your company who might be "in the know"?
