Passenger on Pacific Aria where not able to land in Lombok today - 31/07/18

I have been reading reports that passengers on the Pacific Aria where not able to get off the ship today due to Earthquake damage and recurring after shocks in Lombok, Indonesia today :(

What a shame for the passenger on-board :(, but apparently they spend some of the day at anchored in the bay.

That's a shame for the passengers but what a beautiful looking view they got.

Yes a 7, with big after shocks 5.7. 82 dead. Damage in Bali also.

Yes 6.9. What is the difference between new earthquakes and tremors and aftershocks from previous earthquakes? Are the new earthquakes in a different location? Was trying to work it out, as we visited Lombok on a cruise, so feel for the locals.

Some pretty major shakes following each other, makes it very hard to get recovery and rebuilding underway.

There have been 4 big shakes between 6.5 and 7 within the last 3 weeks. Devastating.
