Anyone know of the Millennium-Class ships are for sale?

These listings have existed for over a year. Here are some earlier threads about them:

Some forum members feel very strongly that these are false "rumors" that have been "debunked." I however find it hard to believe that these listings could stay up for so long if they were not legitimate.

I think they aren't necessarily fake but more of a speculative broker situation. If the broker takes a bid to the company that the company would actually consider & act on, then the broker could make a handsome commission.

Like most things in this world, they're probably for sale If the right price comes along.

 

Sometimes the business model of a company isn't what you think it is. I remember talking to a senior manager of a famous car hire company who told me the key part of their business is not hiring cars, it's buying cars in bulk very cheaply from car manufacturers, sometimes an entire production run and then knowing when to sell those vehicles on. Hiring them in the meantime is a sideline.
