The gift cards are issued by Deluxe Financial Services, LLC (DBA Deluxe Rewards)

My All-State ones show up as "AllState Rewards." My AARP ones show up as "Rewards Redemption"

For me, it depends on what credit card I use. When I use my MC, it shows up as rewards redemption. When I use my Amex, it shows up as citi deals. Have no clue why the difference. And that's whether O get them via AARP or Allstate.

Definitely try AARP. Anyone can sign up, you do not have to join AARP or become a member of anything.

Here's a tip I just stumbled upon. I got the email with the 3YEARGIFT4ME code less than an hour ago, but when I entered it, it said it wasn't valid or has expired. So just to see what would happen, I cleared my browser cookies for Allstate and BAM, it worked!

Without clearing cookies it would probably also work if you went onto the Allstate site via your incognito or private window.
