We got it all in.

Everyone had a great time while packing.

Ralph, next door neighbor, asked me not to start packing until couple of his friends got over as they had money in the lottery and wanted to count the boxes/bags as we put them in.

Should be on the roal by 11:00 AM and should make Tampa by 6 or 7:00 PM, after all that is about 200 miles.

Everyone be safe and have a great week as we are going to try to on the Veendam

Until them

Ruth & Jim

Jim,

I didnt see that portable A/C unit you will need on the Veendam. Have a great cruise and let us know how the new HAL concept of a personal Sauna in every cabin works for you. Hope we get the personal sauna in our cabin on the Volendam next month, NOT!!!

You are too funny - I can't believe all that you are taking with you. You were serious! It would take me a full day to unpack all that and then a full day to repack at the end of the cruise. However, I'll bet your wife looks beautiful and elegant every minute of the cruise! Have a wonderful time and stay safe driving!

Jim, Ruth ... this is absolutely hilarious! Thank you for the photos!

I see the kitchen sink, but is there a blender??? :)

I can't wait to cruise with you both some day ... it'll be fun to see your cabin. Not sure I'll ever be able to squeeze into it, though!

Question: why does it take 7 or 8 hours to go 200 miles? Is it that, with all that stuff you can only drive 30 miles per hour? :D ;)

I assume you book 2 cabins, one for you and one for the luggage!!!;)

Do you take the same amount for a longer cruise or is this standard procedure??

Seriously, have a great time and drive safe. Maybe you could post some pics of the luggage after it is all delivered to your cabin, it would be a plus to have the cabin steward in the picture. :)

Have fun.

Good job on the kitchen sink! I knew you wouldn't get away without it ;)

Have you ever considered a PODS Container? They will drop it off you "get to" fill it up and they could pick it up and deliver direct to the ship!

Enjoy your trip and be safe.

He's exaggerating ... it's really only about 75 miles from his house to the pier! :D :D

Have a wonderful time....

Just a silly question, do you ever get EVERYTHING unpacked by the end of the week? Or do you finish unpacking mid-week and then just start repacking the cases that you just unpacked? :) :)

Bon Voyage!!

Are you packing all of that computer stuff because you will have to work while you are on board?

Have a great trip and don't work too hard.

Roberta

Jim and Ruth are bringing the computer equipment to a school in Guatemala.:)

(Hi, John. You and I seem to like to answer the same questions). ;-)
