MontTheDonk Posted October 22, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2009 I booked for a December cruise and have paid in full. My rate was a "residency" rate at the time. Now I see RCI has a senior rate for the same cabin class/deck that is 10% lower. I booked via the RCI web site. Can I approach RCI for OBC for the difference and if so, how does one do that? dabucs Posted October 22, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2009 Just call RCI up and tell them what you found.
39august Posted October 22, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 22, 2009 Just call RCI and they will adjust your rate and give you the savings amount as on board credit, since you have paid in full.
